The office is equipped with the latest technology, making the appointment quick, efficient, and as pain-free as possible. Every single staff member was kind, patient, and had the best bedside manner. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and never rushed me. For the first time ever, I’m not scared to go back for my next appointment. If you have any dental anxiety, I highly recommend this office, they truly go above and beyond!

Anthony Del Buono don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share our recent experience. My daughter and I both visited this dental office as new patients. We scheduled appointments expecting a routine cleaning and x-rays, which are typically covered by our dental insurance. However, what we got was something entirely different. While they did take x-rays, they did not perform the cleaning we were scheduled for. Instead, they conducted a "photo teeth" service—something we were not informed was not covered by insurance. We later learned this service, along with several others they recommended, resulted in an unexpected $3,200 bill—all out of pocket. What was most concerning was the way they made both of us feel about our oral health. Despite having regular dental care throughout our lives with no serious issues, we were each told we needed multiple specialty treatments to get our teeth and gums "healthy." It felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a genuine assessment of our dental health. Not only do we now have a significant bill, but neither of us even received the cleanings we originally came in for—those are now also out-of-pocket. I understand dental care can be costly and that some treatments may not be covered, but transparency and trust are essential. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling misled and taken advantage of.

Amber Bumgarner TLDR: I’m so glad they are my dental care team! I avoided going to the dentist for the longest time specifically after a terrible experience at a chain dental place. I have sensitive teeth, anxiety issues and I hate the dentist! Dr Chip and his team know this about me and they have taken extra care to make sure I feel comfortable and am not in pain. I feel almost like family when I am there. He’s so easy to talk to & I love that he doesn’t practice what we like to call “phantom dentistry.” He never pushes for any unnecessary work just to make money. He lets you know what is important and what you can wait on if need be. Beverly his assistant is wonderful! My hygienist used to be Libby she was so fun & sweet but she recently retired. I was concerned who her replacement might be but I met her replacement Denise and I LOVED her! We hit it off right away and she was very gentle with me. She listened carefully to all my concerns and took extra care to be gentle around my sensitive teeth. Back end office team is awesome too! Haven’t had any issues dealing with insurance etc. Long story short, they are all amazing and will take great care of you!

Patricia Estrella My visit was great. The staff is very cordial and helpful. Dr Zaman goes over everything thoroughly I had an implant due to an old crown cracking along with its post to my gum line. Left with a temporary due to nothing there in front & it was def a scary sight prior to my visit. Preparing for permanent implant to be placed & stress free now since knowing I am in good hands with Dr Zaman! Would highly recommend !

Donald Dignan I have a unique dental implant that requires a tap in vs. a screw in. It was difficult to find a dentist or a specialist that would work on this implant that was loose . Dr Zaman was so kind! And more importantly technology proficient! He explained all the potential scenarios before the evaluation and thankfully the solution was the easiest and least expensive of the options! Very happy to have found him and will continue to make an hour long drive to go to him for future work! Thank you!!!!

Beaute New to Florida and was calling around urgently to find a dentist for my minor daughter I was getting nowhere called them and the front desk was so patient in hearing me out and got me an appointment immediately. The service and the staff was absolutely incredible and it was the day before they left for a two week holiday break they stayed overtime to help my daughter with her needs. I am so grateful I found this Dental office and beyond measure I recommend them and we will definitely be making them out primary dental care. Katie Manecci Designer smiles and Dr. Ospina are absolutely amazing and are family! They are the first dentist I found that teach me the way to care for my teeth properly and continue to maintain my oral hygiene like it is their own mouth! I had my two front teeth chipped since I was in elementary school and they continued to break throughout my adulthood. Dr. Ospina fix them back in 2015 ish and they still have not broken! That is just one out of many things that designer smiles has done for me.

Hannah Carpenter This place isnt a Dentist, its an insurance scam. Even if they say they take your insurance, they will go behind your back and place you as out of network. If you cancel your appointment they wont send you a confirmation of cancelation, then they will keep your appointment and try to charge you for missing it. If you decide to listen to anything today, listen to this review and go somewhere else. Why take a chance on a place thats going to cause you unneeded stress? Worst practice Ive ever been to. Edit: since they replied trying to act like I was not a patient here. Heres a text they sent me to remind me to make another appointment with them even though Id never go back anyways.

WHEN SHE GOT THERE THEY STARTED RUNNING DENTAL PLAQUES, AFTER DOING THAT THEY TOLD HER THEY DONT TAKE HER INSURANCE AND MADE HER PAY FOR IT. THEN SHE TOLD THEM SHE WILL HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE THEY TAKE THE INSURANCE AND AFTER SHE PAID FOR THE PLAQUE THEY DID NOT WANTED TO GIVE IT TO HER. SHE SPENT MONEY AT THAT PLACE, SHE GOT THERE WITH SO MUCH PAIN AND LEFT WORST. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING SERIOUSLY.

Ana Maria Ludmila does job quickly but it takes too long to wait for her. I always have been on time for my appointment and had have to wait 45 min plus, I was in there just sitting and she was talking to another woman for 45 min in another room. Not to mention I have had complications on my teeth twice. Second time I’ve got infection (stomatitis), I even don’t remember seeing her washing her hands before fixing my teeth. Every time I ask her about post care she can’t tell me what exactly I need to do, and she didn’t answer what I asked for. I am not sure I wanna come back there.

C Major Thank you Dr. Edward’s and staff. I had a voluntary root canal extraction and cavitation treatment done in your office. I had the root canal for over 30 years. I had no pain prior to the extraction and was never told by any other dentist that the root canal tooth was severely diseased and needed to come out. My poor body was fighting this infection for years. I am looking forward to becoming healthier since the tooth removal and cavitation treatment. Again, thank you! I would recommend anyone with a root canal come to you and discuss options. I attached a photo of my sick and dead tooth (sorry this is a graphic picture) and proof this needed to come out years ago.

Caitlin Wurster I’ve had terrible dental anxiety from very awful/painful dental experiences as a child. I came here because a very close friend that I trusted recommended them. Honestly, I couldn’t think about switching to another office after coming here. They’re a small office and treat the employees and patients like family. Dr Nadal took a ton of time with me to answer questions and also chat about random stuff which really helped calm me down. Cindy took time to answer some embarrassing questions I had and made me not feel embarrassed about it any more. The other employees (and Cindy too!) talk to you like you’ve known them for a decade and you’re getting brunch together this weekend. All in all, I have never felt so at home or welcome at a dental office. They are honest and up front about everything and make me feel so calm. If I moved to another city/state I would still come here.

I had so many bad experiences with dishonest dentists. 2 dentists 20 years ago wanted to pull all my teeth and put implant and 20 years later I still have all my real teeth. GREED-big time. I stopped going to dentists despite having full dental insurance until my friend recommended Dr. Brown in Sanford. It is far from my home but I will not go to any other dentist period. Erin the hygienist there is so wonderful and pleasant. It’s always a pleasant experience visiting their office!!!

Kelly Mackey Dr. Brown and his staff have been taking care of my teeth my whole life, along with my family’s. I’ve never had a cavity or any dental issues aside from wisdom teeth removal, and attribute it to it to their care and teaching of good habits, despite ten years in another state without a super awesome dentist. After returning to Florida, I came back to Dr. Brown’s office and brought my toddler for his first appointment. He loved them and wasn’t scared at all! The appointment was enjoyable for us both. They still had the giant toothbrush and set of teeth I played with as a kid to distract him. Everyone in the office remembered me when I came back for the first time. You don’t get that everywhere. I recommend scheduling in advance because they’re very busy and full.

Cristina Guzman He really deserves 0 or negative if possible!! I was schedule emergency next day 1 wisdom and a broken molar extraction with IV sedation. I got there at 9:15, it was $990.85 and the lady click Refund instead of a regular purchase. They informed me that I was the First transaction with that new bank and the bank guy was there. Immediately I asked them to cancel that transaction and to charge me so we can start the process. They charged me and Inwas immediately debited. They said they were unable to cancel the refund but I never recieve that money. Therefore I paid. They hooked me up with the IV, Oxigen, oxigen monitor, and 3 heart monitor patches and while in pain they asked me to call my bank to confirm my refund was in process. I called and the bank told them that never receive that transaction. Dr Dewilde said it was because it was the first transaction they didnt had the money and will showed up any time as they had the money in , which is not true because they charge me immediately and they has me the money. After almost 3 hours of me waiting he said he will pushed my surgery back until I receive the refund and he will charge me again because "he have been in the business for so long and CUSTOMERS dont pay".... They unhooked me and I had to leave short $990.85 and in pain with a massive infection can can easily turned into something worse, because he just disappeared. I called the next day(Thursday to get my money and they said he was not coming back until Monday. I went that day to the dentist again and he sent me to Dr Whitmann!! he was God sent, he did the extraction of not only one but 2 wisdom plus the broken molar for less money and they treated me like a patient not a customer.

The experience was absolutely top notch, the staff were absolute professionals and were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Dr. Dewild was quite thorough and made sure we knew all the treatment options, we never felt rushed. The actual procedure went smoothly also. Each patient will have a different experience of course, but my son was relatively comfortable and recovered rather quickly. He was eating solid foods a week after the procedure.

He took time to explain safe and unsafe use of pain medication and encouraged him to consider using minimal over the counter relief as a primary option, with stronger medication if needed.
