1 /5 Kirk gholson: Edit: This business owner accused me of threatening her and targeting her business. For the record, all Im seeking is a refund due to our trip being cancelled at the beginning of COVID at no fault of our own. The business refused to speak with me over the phone and instead only responds via Google reviews despite many attempts to have ONE phone conversation as Ive requested via text. The owner asked why I do this 5 years later? My answer is that I need to share my story of losing an expensive deposit during a pandemic where the owner refuses to this day to even have one conversation with me, because I want to prevent anyone else from giving this business their money thinking there was an owner or Management that they could speak to if there was some large issue that came up (anything). This is not one of those businesses. They took my money, refused to have a conversation with me and I will not be getting it back. Just think about that as you consider giving them your well earned money. Should they have a conversation with me to finally hear me out as to why I believe Im entitled my money back, that will be the time that I gain respect for them. Not too much to ask.
Original review about my experience seeking a refund for a 2020 ppointment for my wife Raychel Coleman Gholson. We had to cancel due to our entire trip being cancelled due to covid.
Multiple times Ive been texted back & called back by the business & team about getting a refund. Multiple times Ive been ghosted after being told a manager would have to approve the refund.
Happy to delete this if this issue is resolved finally. I just texted again. The business makes me feel hopeless about getting help during tough times. Kirk
