1 /5 Maureen Cribbs: I showed pictures of what I wanted. And in not even one of the pics are the ears showing. My ears are cut around. It’s waaaaay shorter than what I asked for. I won’t be returning. It looks awful. I may have to get a wig. That’s how ridiculously short it is. It’s embarrassing. I’m completely dissatisfied and furious. It’s going to take six months or more for me to be able to do anything with it. In the meantime I have to walk around looking very butch. Not the look I was going for.

Came in for a color not really knowing what I wanted, but Jess made some awesome suggestions & it turned out beautiful! I feel brand new! Jess and D really make you feel like part of the family! I watched them treat every customer like an old friend, and they’re great with kids of ALL ages! Quick, affordable & the BEST customer service! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

1 /5 Mr. M.B.: Went to this place when I first moved to Arcadia. The barber was friendly but said "oops" while he was cutting my hair. He assured me nothing happened. When I got home there was a chunk missing out of my hair and a few spots that were different lengths. I reached out to them immediately about all the issues. I was kind and polite and just wanted them to fix it. They requested pictures and treated me as if I were lying. Instead of offering to fix it they tried to get me to pay for a new appointment. It was a horrible experience all the way around and I havent let anyone cut my hair since.

Hello Beautiful Salon - Arcadia Lindsey Wooten: Beautiful salon. The staff are all friendly and its very clean. Everyone you come in contact with will smile and greet you. Megan is my hairdresser and she always does an amazing job. Blanca cuts my sons hair shes the only one he will allow to cut it. They sell jewelry, clothing, accessories and offer a variety of services!

Glow Beauty Studio - Arcadia Jenna Summerall: I’ve been going to Jessica to get my eyebrows threaded for awhile and i will NEVER go anywhere else. Jessica is the best around in the work she does. I have very thick eyebrows with no distinct shape and no matter what she always shapes them perfectly and I leave more than satisfied. She is also the kindness person ever and treats all her clients with nothing but love and respect.I 100% recommend going to Glow Beauty.

SMARTSTYLE - Arcadia Amy Parr: Booked online for a blowout. When I got there prior to my appointment I had to wait in the front for several minutes as no one was in sight and then finally walk around to be seen in the back. A woman was holding a broom talking to someone in a back room. She finally asked what I wanted. When I told her I had an appointment she said, "No you dont." I had text confirmation. Then the appointments happened to show on the screen above her head. I pointed out the top name was me. She then proceeded to be rude and told me a blowout would be $62 even though it clearly was no where near that price on the listing of styles. I told her just to cancel and she was happy. This is the worst service Ive ever received in a hair salon. She was unprofessional and unwelcoming.

As Barber Shop LLC - Arcadia Brett Osborne: Great haircut, great service, great people! This is a hometown barbershop at its finest. Only things to keep in mind: there may be a wait depending on the time of day, and it is cash only. But the friendliness and service cant be beat!
