1 /5 Angie Miller: The stylist gabby did my hair and she spent over 5hours and the end result was copper and gold she said she will not redo my hair for free. I was willing to repay and redo my hair as a little bit more time has passed to get a redo. I booked an appointment. Appt rearrange my entire week had an event to go to that evening and when I got there after 45 minutes of driving in traffic, the receptionist told me sheās short staffed and that they had notified me about 30 minutes ago that my appointment has been canceled. I did not get the memo. I wouldāve not accepted that after confirming my appointment over five times throughout that week via text email and phone that is not professional that is not how I would run my business in that way I wouldāve called in any other stylist to accommodate my customer then simply telling her thereās a salon next-door. See if they will take you, I donāt do my hair at random salons. Iāve never gotten treated in this manner. This is unprofessional, unexpectable, and unacceptable. I will never get my hair done at the salon again I value my money and my time I do not want to get treated as if Iām doing something wrong when I make an appointment pick up my highlights and haircut hello beautiful is supposed to speak for itself. Itās supposed to make you feel beautiful after you pay your hard-working money One every time I go in there itās over $300 and it has never been the ending result of what was agreed upon so I donāt know how they stay in business and I donāt even know if they have their cosmetology licenses to do here or anything Beauty at that location.
