4 /5 Karen Coburn: I would have given 5 stars, but here is why...we broke down at the gas station next to the auto shop. My partner went over to ask for some help, and was denied. The guy behind the counter, short with facial hair, wouldnt do anything. Finally I went over to purchase 2 battery terminal heads, and a wire brush. A different guy helped me and was very friendly and helpful. We had been stuck in our vehicle for over 2 hours, with our 2 Shepherds, we had just left the vet. I guess I had to buy something to make them happy! Luckily we are only in Dade City once a year.

Becky B: Only one star because I couldnt put a negative one. I went here to get an estimate on my car for minor damage due to an accident so I could submit it to the insurance company and was told because they were getting ready to close it would be ready the following day. I was fine with that, no problem. The next day I called around 4:30 when I got off to check on the estimate and was told it was ready and would be sent to me before they left for the day.... never received anything!! The following day I called and got no answer so I texted and still no reply. This went on for the next couple of days. They wont answer or responded to messages. This is not how you do business! I went to another collision center in Dade City and got the estimate same day even though they were getting ready to close as well they took the time to stay late and complete the estimate for me. I would never recommend this place! I tried to support a small local business and wont do it again!

Aaron H: Dakota provides great service for a great price! He is honest, reliable and punctual. He is my first call anytime I have an issue with something mechanical. He knows his stuff! Last year, I broke something on my mower while trying to pull branches out of the trees (Just picture a grappling hook in a tree, attached to rope, tied to a riding mower). Dakota came out a couple days after my call and had the mower as good as new in less than 30 minutes. I had him out again to service my mower, look at a broken wood chipper and check some codes on a car. after 2 hours my mower is humming, the wood chipper is chipping and the check engine light is no longer an issue. Its a relief to have someone you can trust and who knows what they are doing when something breaks down. Dakota is who you want to call.
