Afterwords they were supposed to send in a prescription and email my x-rays to another office. Neither was done. You can NEVER get them on the phone, communication is horrendous. Then my cap fell off this morning (probably due to the annual checkup!!) Google says they open at 8, and their answering message says they open at 8. Im calling all morning and by 8:30am and they are still not open. I contact their on-call messaging service, and they say "oh, theyre probably busy". NO. Their office is closed message is on.
UPDATE: I went to the office as a walk-in, as this is an emergency procedure, and I was getting nowhere with the phones. After patiently waiting an hour and a half, I asked if Id be seen in the next hour or two, and they said it would be another 3 hours. I told them that I wasnt waiting until after lunch because I have an important appointment that I cant miss. Horrible customer service. I will not be back; they lost a patient today.
