Smith Emily (Pimily): Not only does Dr. Pinellas have rude bedside manner by inserting his personal opinions on my personal life,, but his staff also has a poor and rude attitude, particularly the front desk woman, Chelsea, I am shocked she is able to keep her job with the way she talks to people. On top of this, I showed up for my second appointment to the office being closed. There was no email, text, or call that the office would be randomly closed that day, they just had a sign on the door, which I had to take off work to go to. They are uncaring about your personal well being and seem like they are there just to go through the motions and to make money.
