5 /5 Nellie Dempsey: Today I was looking for last minute places that I could find to get my nails done as I wasn’t particularly happy with my previous set at one of my regular locations.
I googled nail salons in Naples and I found this hidden gem.
I live over 30 minutes away near North Naples and decided to give this location a try based off of their entirely positive google reviews. I did call to inquire whether appointments were necessary and when I was suggested to make one, I did.
When I arrived for my appointment, one of the techs remembered exactly what my name was and what service I was going to get (very nice). Upon arrival, Le (the owner) and another woman were actually assisting the same customer which I thought showed amazing customer service. I had to remove a prior set of dip powder and Le wrapped my nails while the same woman came over and shaped them a bit in between helping the customer prior to me. I did not mind this as I thought it showed great attentiveness to current customers and also great team work.
Le did an excellent job on my nails and listened to every gripe I had as far as shape and requesting extra layers of dip to keep them strong as I work my hands hard. We briefly chatted about our ethnicities which and he explained some things to me about cosmetology. He also told me that his salon had only been open since October of 2021…
This salon is very cute, minimalistic and seems to have a different environment/experience than most locations where customer care is definitely prioritized. The salon also has individually wrapped sets of tools for your manicures so that nothing appears to be reused.
I will definitely be making the trek out here. Found my new spot. Thank you Daisy team!
