Anonymous Platypus: I visited Palm Beach on a Sunday to attend a friends wedding and needed a manicure in the hours leading up. The day before I called Winstons to book and the owners phone manner was polite and informative. Day of, the nail technician Briana was delightful to talk to and possessed great technique for both cleanup and aesthetics. She even re-painted my one toenail from a pedicure I had gotten a few days before (clearly, a sub-par experience), which I really appreciated. The polish Winstons uses must be really high quality because 4 days later after wedding meals, visiting beaches, carrying luggage, and doing dishes I am back in Ontario and my nails still look fresh and gorgeous. Latausha Williams: My experience yesterday was terrible. The nail tech pretty much used an electric file on my fingers! She was very rough, I added a photo of the most visible mark but majority of my fingers are very sore and at one point they were bleeding. I’ve never had this issue and I’m not sure if the girl was new but never again. She also cut my nails different lengths. She sits in the second row by the window. I would not recommend her services.

Michele Simon: Victoria and her staff are amazing! I refuse to go anywhere else! Stephen always does my nails exactly how I like them and will duplicate any design or look I show him. Victoria kills it on my eyebrows as well! Best nail salon I have ever been to! They just remodeled as well and its gorgeous. They treat you like family and now all my friends and family are coming here as well!

They had great classical music playing and it made the experience really relaxing. The staff was so gentle and kind. I love my color and shape of my nails! I would highly recommend this salon.

Obeylisa _: I usually go here to get my nails and toes done , my toe has been itching and I had to remove the nail because of how itchy it was. After I took off the nail this how it looked, I called the lady and she told me to come in not telling me if I have to pay or anything when I got there I explained that the nail was itch and green and it stank, it looked like fungus she kept telling me it was not fungus and told me they would fix it , after that I was done and walked out she told me I had to pay $15 for one toe that they made green. I don’t recommend but Elizabeth is the only good nail tech

The day after, 5 of my nails started popping off like they were press-on. $55 for a fill that didnt last the weekend. The worst part? 5 days after my visit, one popped off (had not previously come off yet) and had fungus on my nail bed. I have not had fungus in maybe 15 years. No chance Ill go back. Please beware.

Oliver Mary: On one of my many trips to West Palm Beach I found this gem of a place. Julie did my nails and I have been absolutely in love with them. I showed her an inspo picture and she took the idea and brought it to life. My nails lasted four weeks before I took them off due to them being grown out already but they were still holding strong. I definitely recommend this place and will be going Utopia Nails back when Im back in town!
