5 /5 Michele Simon: Victoria and her staff are amazing! I refuse to go anywhere else! Stephen always does my nails exactly how I like them and will duplicate any design or look I show him. Victoria kills it on my eyebrows as well! Best nail salon I have ever been to! They just remodeled as well and its gorgeous. They treat you like family and now all my friends and family are coming here as well!

5 /5 Solangel Mcqueen: As soon as I walked in , the staff was friendly and their place is clean and neat decorations and smells great in here . My child was with me and they do nails so good I was able to get it done even with a child and he was patient and understanding and did my nails really good . I highly recommend this place and I’ll be back every week ❤️

1 /5 Samantha Eugene: EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED‼️ USALLY IT IS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE BUT AFTER NOT COMING FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS I WAS TREATED HORRIBLY. THE NAIL TECH (steve) WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AS WELL AS THE OWERN (VICTORIA). AS THEY WERE TRYING TO UP SALE ME ON A SERVICE THAT I REPEATEDLY SAID “NO, ITS OKAY, I HAVE TO SEE A PICTURE” THE LADY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME TO “TREAT MYSELF”. LIKE WHAT DO YOU THINK IM DOING. I WAS A LOYAL CLIENT BUT NOW I AM NO LONER GOING TO BE. AS FOR STEVE HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICEC SKILLS! I TRIED TO SEE IF THE SHAPE OF MY NAILS WAS OKAY AND HE KEPT TELLING ME TO PUT IT BACK UNDER THE LIGHT AND STATED “WHAT AM I TRYING TO SEE” VERY ANGRILY. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO TALK AGGRESSIVELY IN THEIR LANGUAGE. SKIP TO THE NEXT DAY. I CALEED THE OWNER AND ASKED IF THEY COULD FIX MY NAILS CAUSE IT ALREADY CHIPPED AND IS HASN’T EVEN BEEN 24 HOURS. SHE TOLD ME TO COME IM AND I LIVE 30 MINS AWAY! I PULL UP AND THE LIGHTS ARE OFF AND THE DOOR IS LOCKED BUT THE OPEN SIGN LIGHT IS ON. SO NOW THEY HAVE LOST A LOYAL CLIENT AND I WILL NO LONGER REFER ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY.

5 /5 Tamoka Richardson: It was a full house when I visited this salon on a Thursday evening after work. Its very clean and cute. The wait was pretty long but it was well worth it. The owners were very nice and accommodating and apologetic about my having to wait so long. The technicians were really nice and my pedicure and manicure with dip powder was everything I expected. I think I have found my nail salon in West Palm.

5 /5 Sydney Armstead: I love the service here! They always do such a great job on my nails, can’t wait until my next appointment with them! Everyone that works in there can do nails really well also! Staff is super friendly, and they work very quickly while maintaining great quality services!!!
