5 /5 Lacy West: Went to hear the Rod Stewart cover band for part of the Summer Music Concerts. Was so good!!! We didnt know at first, but you can take your own chairs or rent the white plastic ones there for $5/chair. We just sat on the wall at the back instead. Had dinner and drinks at one of the places that offers outdoor seating right at the edge of the bandshell. Great experience!

5 /5 Trevor Ruiz: Daytona Beach has an upbeat nightlife. They have free concerts in the band shell that looks like a giant sand castle. They have free fireworks off the pier by Joes Crab shack. Unfortunately there were a lot of sketchy characters too. So, make sure to just be aware of your surroundings.

5 /5 Dorothy Norris Partain: Decided to take a quick trip over to Daytona Beach while my brother and his wife came down for a visit. We spent the night. Saw they had free summer concerts at the Famous Daytona Bandstand on the boardwalk. Cover band was great. Just so happened to be a Tribute to the Rolling Stones. Being a huge fan, naturally I was excited. The band truly was amazing. Playing alot of their older hits I havent heard live in years. The boardwalk was really cool. So many people just enjoying the area. At 945pm they had a wonderful Fireworks show as well! They had concrete benches that came in handy if you needed to rest. Just note Parking is crazy. Unless your able to get metered on street parking for $1 a hour, plan on spending $30 in the public parking areas. But hey, its Daytona Beach right?

5 /5 Edmundo Ruiz: The best free show in the area. Live music from the awesome tribute bands. Great atmosphere and good vibes for live music. The tribute show bands are spot on. Dont miss the best show in town. Friday and Saturday night. Fireworks after the show. Rain at times. Bring a rain coat or umbrella. Bring a chair if you want to sit down in the wide open area. Chairs are available for rent. And VIP seating is very reasonable.

GameTime Daytona - Daytona Beach Jake Thomas: The food here is decent. Just be aware that they will charge you gratuity without letting you know beforehand. The $10 Buck Tuesday deal is worth it, and the arcade selection is huge. We easily spent 2 hours here without realizing it. Would recommend.

Extremely kind and friendly. Austin gave me the briefing and made sure I was good to go. Track was fun and challenging. After the first race chilling waiting for the next race, Mario stopped by to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. Just a great environment and of course the carts and track are a blast. Waiting for race two! Need to beat my son’s time or I’ll hear about it the entire weekend

Lighthouse Point Park - Ponce Inlet Raina Carrero: We love this park! Fabulous for kids, great place to clean up and restrooms. Dale, the employee there cleaning and locking up, was so kind, he even offered to help us carry our stuff while my husband was carrying our 2 kids. Such a nice guy!

Birthplace of Speed Park - Ormond Beach Ryan Brown: Nice little park with good picnic tables. We parked on E Granada street. Did not go down to the beach because we were just stopping for lunch on our way down to the Keys. They are doing construction and the light to leave never turned green. Had to turn right and do a U turn.

The Manatee - Scenic Boat Tours & Dolphin Cruise - Daytona Beach Soda Pop: This was a great experience to share with our 17 year old daughter who was visiting from out of State. It was chilly, but we had the option of sitting inside which was a great luxury over other boat tours. She loved seeing the dolphins. I cant say thank you enough to the owners who graciously agreed to allow us to move our reservation after my daughter got food poisoning only an hour before we were supposed to leave the dock! Ugh. Thank you again!

Cathedral Of Palms Trail - Barton Cooper: This is a really cool trail. There are multiple different Florida eco environments on the trail with lots to see. If it is during the wet season then you will need to skirt the wet areas which can be a bit complicated. The spring is cool and worth seeing. Some of it is on forest roads which were ok but not trails.

Cherokee Sink Trail - Christie Lancaster: The amazing beauty of this place seems to be fading, people please pack it out, pack it in. Its a true gem in the history of Florida. An oasis like no other. Lets keep it that way, its a well kept secret and I pray it stays that way. I wouldnt go after dark, and watch closely in the day. You see ....Its also very haunted, history states.

Wakulla County Historical Society - Crawfordville Montese King: The ladies gave my daughter and me a tour and explained the history. A must see if you visit the area.
