After Dr. K came in and explained the plan, Vanessa came in to discuss the financial side of things, which typically is worse than the actual procedure! However, Vanessa did all she could to assist on payment. Dr. K amazed me with how quickly and smoothly she extracted, grafted, and sutured things up. She was very confident and knowledgeable.
