1 /5 Lilith: Stay far away from this dentist office. They will fraudulently charge your insurance for a higher rate due to saying that you received a product or service that you didn’t. I got an acrylic partial bottom denture and they sent a claim to my insurance for a cast - metal denture. The difference between these two dentures are quite large in price. After questioning them I received a letter stating I needed to go somewhere else for my dental needs. Except the re lines and adjustments that was included in the price for my upper and lower dentures now they won’t have to honor. They gave me 30 days. I had only had my dentures an about a month. And didn’t need anything yet. So my hard re line I won’t receive or any soft re lines either. When I asked about this I was yelled at and told I am not a dentist and didn’t know what I was talking about. I was told and charged for a total of 5 fillings but after I had to go to a different dentist and they took ex rays I was informed I had only 2 fillings and they were done incorrectly which was the reason I was having so much pain. After being treated so bad by the office manager I requested to have a copy of my dental records and ex rays which I had a right to by law I was told that they don’t give copies of records to their clients. I requested in person, in writing and on the phone and was denied every time. I still have not received them. If you have ever used this dentist office I would check with your insurance company to see what they charged you. The photos are of the different types of dentures mine are the acrylic ones with the 2 small hooks The other is a cast-metal denture. You don’t have to be a dentist to see the difference.

5 /5 Myra Gamblin: After visiting multiple dentists over the years, I can honestly say that Midtown is the best dentist office I’ve found. The office staff is professional, Dr. D has always alleviated my fears of having dental work and never had any issues with billing and insurance. 5 stars for great service from beginning to end.

5 /5 Tyler Sacca: Let me start off by saying I have the worst anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. My wife recommended this dentist. I avoided it for so long… when I finally went in. I was told I needed 4 teeth pulled among other things. Yesterday I went in terrified to have the 4 teeth pulled that had to be surgically removed since they were broken and impacted. I had a horrible experience with another dentist removing one regular tooth, it took him 45 minutes to remove it. It took Dr. Durtschi literally 15 minutes to remove all four teeth, and i barely felt a thing. It almost took longer to book my next appointment. On top of that, the staff made me feel very comfortable and were empathetic knowing I was really nervous. I will %100 going back to get the rest of my work done.

1 /5 Myra Mercedes Gamez: Disgusting old ladies that work at the front, they have no idea what they are doing, red flags the entire time. My first visit the woman at the front desk couldn’t even schedule my appointment without having to ask the dental tech multiple times about my Referal to ortho… an extraction before seeing the orthodontist really confused her. She said they want you to see the ortho before the extraction which is clearly not what they said. After 40mins of watching her confuse herself with simple insurance information and scheduling I finally got to leave. Then when we schedule the extraction they called me the day of to cancel my appointment because of the storm that was going to New Orleans. We didn’t even get rain here. They wanted to schedule my appointment out for 2 weeks. Then the cleaning they scheduled a month prior due to canceling my appt was for 5pm somehow turned into 4pm and she calls me with a nasty attitude like her paycheck is dependent on me showing up she says if you need to reschedule they charge you 40$ . This entire dental/eye clinic is so ghetto and ridiculous. I’d pay 40$ but ever call me with a nasty attitude because your office is unprofessional and unorganized. Hopefully they’ll hire someone with some professionalism and a little knowledge. I’ve never had such a janky experience EVER at any doctor or dentist or lab and they want people to trust them with their insurance, money and care. The old lady was also very rude and condescending on the phone. Disgusting service I wouldn’t have bought a cheese burger from customer service like that. Dementia is a terrible disease you should go get that checked out and stop communicating with the public. Sad your that age and still trying to work confused AND have an attitude. I’m suspicious that they even have my personal information. I will be reporting this.
