M B: Customer service needs improvement, for sure. I got my hair styled, pretty much just curled. Let the girl know my hair doesnt hold so if she can do/add whatever she needs to make it stay, that would be great. I figured she would try to make the curls tight or do something...she did loose curls. By the time she was done, most of my hair was already straight again. She had a very know it all attitude. Before we started, I asked if she can do braids and if she can maybe do one braid on one side, something simple. She said she is meticulous about her braids and it would take longer. So she pretty much didnt want to. After I was finished, I sat for about 20-30 mins waiting for my friend to get her hair finished. This whole time, the stylist sat around doing nothing, just on her phone....I think she had plenty of time to do one braid. Then when my friend was done, I looked in the mirror again and made a comment that my hair has already fallen. You would think the stylist would say, oh, let me touch that up for you. But no. She just sat there with the OH WELL look. Thank goodness a friend had their wand available while we were getting ready bc she ended up having to re-curl my hair and it stayed! By the end of the night, my hair fell and it looked like what the stylist did when she originally finished styling. OH, AND... I had a drink that I placed on the counter and the stylist knocked it over. She seemed very annoyed when it happened and grabbed the drink. I told her I can just hold it instead. She wiped the counter and proceeded to curl. Didnt say sorry for knocking your drink over, nothing. She saw that I was holding the drink in an awkward manner (bc it was just tipped over and dripping), but never once offered a paper towel or something to wipe it off. Will I go back: NO. Would I recommend: NO

He gave both me and my father-in-law amazing cuts for my wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with how sharp we looked. Stephanie Rudy: My mom and I went to get our hair cut after letting it grow for a whole year. Posted below is the before pic, the pic gave for reference, and the after product. The manager cut my moms hair and did a good job. The lady who cut my hair…BUTCHERED IT! Then she had the nerve to get an attitude with me about it trying to tell me that she did exactly what I wanted! The manager tried to make it right, but the damage was done. I have went to many great clips in my hometown and always had excellent service and cuts….DO NOT GO TO THE GREAT CLIPS IN FERNANDINA BEACH!!!!

Tom Batkiewicz: Made an appointment for 10:20. I arrived to a full shop. I had to sit and wait while Colleen complained about how bad she was getting screwed over as a small business owner and how someone had it out for her. My appointment didnt seem to make a difference, and when I sat in the chair, she spent about 5 minutes cutting my hair. The website prices were wrong, and the site did not nearly represent the experience I had.

Danielle Guidry: I recommend this tanning salon & hair studio!!! Although i have dreads,( and i dont get hair cuts anywhere). I do visit multiple times a week for my "ME TIME". This place relaxes my spirit every time I tan. Theres something meditative and thoughtful, self care therapy about it. The girls at the front, Amanda & Kelley are attentive , knowledgeable and kind. Its always nice to see their smiling faces, ready to assist in my needs. Thanks to all the ladies at CARIBBEAN!
