I had bleeding and the team of doctor and nurses took great care of me. The ER team took great care of me as well. I highly recommend this hospital for excellent care.

5 /5 Gary Kennedy: These nurses want the extra miles And need to be recognized. ER nurse Harriet , surgical inpatient nurses Eve and Amanda. I was very pleased that the nurse advocate stopped by on my room to asked me about the care and service I recieved. She spent time with me and listened. I just want the management to know that the excellent care that these nurses do everyday was amazing . I will not forget and I really appreciate them all. They went above and beyond . The care and service at this hospital are phenomenal.

5 /5 Donna Ramsay: Night shift nurse Olga and Yareny They were good , responsive and caring nurse. I love my room at surgical orthopedic . It was like a hotel , nice and clean. It very nice to see someone who round to see how’s the care and service. It is very important to know someone asked how patient ‘s thought s about the care and appreciate the team . Angelica is the best nurse advocate who listened and helped with the concern. I appreciate everyone. I highly recommend the hospital to all.

5 /5 IYC Cruises 1: Richard, the registered nurse, on the fourth floor was the kindest most thorough nurse. He made sure that my dad knew about the call button, helped my dad take his meds and was very cool and kind. He answered my questions and made sure my dad was comfortable. The ER on the other hand was a 1 star. I asked to see the doctor and get information and they just gave me curt short responses from the nurses desk. They seemed too overwhelmed to help or answer questions. I asked for my dad to get pain Meds and never got it. Therefore he suffered in pain. If it weren’t for the great experience once he was admitted into the hospital because of Richard- this would have been a one star review.The hospital also has an issue with signage of the elevators. You see the garage elevators and pass right by getting lost for ten minutes. The reception could at least inform you where to go. Its not a nice ER reception experience either.

5 /5 Marlon Rampersad: I recently visited the Delray Medical Center for an umbilical hernia surgery. The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. The entire staff at the Delray Medical Center was courteous, helpful and very attentive. My main nurse “Jacqueline” did an excellent job. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly and my other nurse “Minemole” was terrific, Knowledgeable, sensitive and informative… I immediately felt at ease. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Delray Medical Center and would highly recommend to anyone.
