He delivered an informative and educational presentation of Stoke Prevention to our residents. Dr. Reyes was very helpful, very approachable and he took the time after the class to speak to any residents that had follow up concerns or questions on a one on one basis. I really appreciate Dr.Reyes for spending time with our senior residents and invite him back anytime!

5 /5 Priscilla Parmelee: I had two strokes, in a six month period, and was referred to numerous Specialists. The Cardiologist couldnt find anything and said to come back in a year. The Neurologist did additional testing, couldnt find anything and recommend a Vascular Surgeon. The Vascular Surgeon did additional testing and told me there was nothing she could do. She recommended a Vascular Neurologist, in her practice, but I decided to look elsewhere. I am so glad I found Dr Reyes, he gave me so many answers as to why the strokes happened, but he also had numerous solutions to correct the problems. Dr Reyes is adjusting my current medications, adding additional medications and trying a new test that nobody else thought of. He listened to me, gave me answers I could understand and most of all, he gave me Hope!

They were both very accommodating and friendly and provided excellent professional care. Going into the appointment was very stressful and they both were able to put us at ease. Thank you both!

Steve Miller: It was my first visit to her as my insurance changed and I needed to find a new Primary Care Physician. I gave her a few pages of notes on my past medical history and she went through each point asking me questions and inputing it into her database. She was very smart, compassionate and had me set up for yearly labs, X Rays and referral to a specialist by the end of our visit. I was very impressed, as I have been a nurse for several decades and appreciate good physicians. PS- The office staff was efficient and helpful as well.

Michael: I went to Dr. Raxenberg for many years until I lost all faith in him and Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches. I went to an appointment and obtained pre-clearance for an upcoming surgery. I was told that they would send the clearance form to the surgeon. Days later, as Im on my way to the surgery I received a call from the surgeons office saying they never received the clearance form from Dr. Raxenberg and my surgery would be delayed. I called Dr. Raxenbergs office and had an unreal, idiotic conversation during which one of his admin staff casually mentioned Im sorry, we seem to have lost the record of your recent clearance appointment; could you please come in for another exam? What?! I said there was no way I could do that and still be in time for my surgery. Sadly, it didnt seem to bother the admin staff that the loss of my records meant I wouldnt be able to proceed with a surgery I had worked months to schedule. No apologies, no nothing. I asked the admin I was if she could please have Dr. Raxenberg call me. Nothing but crickets since then, except for phone calls from his staff saying Im overdue for my annual checkup. Not a chance! Its been over two year. I never heard from Dr. Raxenberg or received an apology for Medical Specialists losing my medical records (a violation of HIPPA rules in itself). I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid Dr. Raxenberg and Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches.

H S: Wonderful staff and doctors. I feel treated with love and care. I bring my mom and all her questions were addressed thoughtfully. We see that the doctors take the time to listen and explain, they dont rush you out or give short answers. I called today for a concern and immediately got an appointment for the same day. When I have questions about my health I can call and a doctor or nurse answers promptly .The staff is very friendly and efficient I highly recommend this clinic.

Sydney Fox: For a place that is dealing with pregnant patients, people struggling to get pregnant, those recovering from termination, and other uncomfortable women’s health issues, this place is the least comforting, empathetic place I have ever been to as a doctors office. The first time I went I was to get my IUD replaced which is painful and he failed the first day’s attempt…I had to come back a second time for them to try again…the whole time I’m just trying to breathe and not cry and the doctor literally LAUGHED at me! Like I was overreacting! Totally invalidating when he knew this was the second time they were trying and both times he struggled for a LONG WHILE. Absolutely humiliating. The third time I went (the very last time I’ll ever go there) the front desk person was rude and patronizing and obviously too young to be in a professional setting. On top of that they tried to tell me I was going to owe $250 for my visit and talked over me when I was explaining why that wasn’t possible. I checked with my insurance and I would have only owed $80 for the visit. With how rude the front desk person was, I left without seeing the doctor and they never refunded my $25 I paid upfront for the visit. I will never recommend this place. Edit: They did refund me for my copays, which I appreciate.
