From scheduling appointments to cleanings and dental procedures, the experience has always been outstanding. Dr. Helen truly goes above and beyond to ensure her patients receive the best care. Recently, my husband needed an urgent dental procedure, and the office accommodated him with a quick appointment between patients, which we deeply appreciated. The level of professionalism, kindness, and expertise at this office is unmatched. If you’re looking for a skilled, compassionate, and dedicated dentist, Dr. Helen Hoveida is the best choice!

5 /5 PMS Roc: Lacy was my hygienist at HG and she was phenomenal. So knowledgeable, graceful and calming. Going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing to do but Lacy was so sweet and relaxing. And that adorable “southern belle” accent how could you not fall in love with her. My experience had started out wonderfully when I first called to first arriving to finally meet Dr Helen. I know I have found my dental home. I look forward to having a very long relationship with HG!!! You’ll not regret stepping into their office. WORLD CLASS EXPERIENCE!!!

She is a natural at putting a person at ease and she anticipated the concerns I had about my procedure and gave me a lot of great information. The wait was short. I didn’t feel rushed. The office is super clean, modern, and just has a really warm, welcoming vibe. Everyone—from the front desk to Lacy, the hygienist, and assistants—was incredibly kind, professional, and detail-oriented. They made sure I felt at ease the entire time and explained everything clearly. You can tell they really care about what they do. And the little touches? So thoughtful. The thank-you gifts and goody bags honestly made my day! It’s those small things that show how much they value their patients. This place is a gem. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that immediately made me feel at ease. Dr. Helen runs an incredible practice, and her expertise truly shines through in the quality of care provided. I had quite a bit of extensive work done, and I was initially anxious about the procedures. However, Dr. Helen and her team took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring I understood each step. Their professionalism combined with a genuine concern for my comfort made all the difference. The office itself is inviting and well-maintained, creating a calming atmosphere that helped reduce my anxiety. I appreciated the little touches, like offering me a blanket and always being on schedule , which contributed to a positive experience. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Helens office highly enough.
