Justin Clayton I came in complaining of one particular tooth that was causing me pain and In terms of my visit itself, the staff was friendly and fast. My teeth are jacked and nobody made me feel uncomfortable about my situation even the dr was polite and seemingly caring. But when it came to the treatment plan and financing Joanna was terrible to work with. Disclaimer I have a dentist in the family across the country and I was being charged things in the treatment plan that were according to my family member "completely unnecessary " I advised Tampa palms it was self pay as my dental insurance kind of sucks and my assumption is they threw more items in there. Then when it came time to come up with a plan of action Joanna was like a freaking shark she was asking me how much money I had in my savings (mind your own business, if I can afford the treatment Ill decide that on my own) she also advised me to apply for financing I told her I wanted to discuss with my wife first to which she told me" if you apply in office I can see about working with the DR about working within your approval amount" seemed helpful but no discounts were given after applying so she essentially lied to me and now I have an open line of credit that I wouldnt have applied for had she not made empty promises, also the tooth I went in to get taken care of never even got addressed or mentioned again until I complained about it to Joanna(I opted not to get the work done there anyways after speaking with her). Needless to say Im exploring other offices.

Lori Denicola I really wanted to love this office. After years of neglect, I chose this office because of the rave reviews. To be clear, I did not want to leave a review, especially a negative one, but since I’ve received a daily email asking me to…here we are.
I had a tooth giving me excruciating pain. After my full exam, which was quite thorough, I was told I needed 8 teeth pulled, bridges, crowns, etc….when I told them I couldn’t possibly afford that, I was given the cheaper option of having all my teeth pulled and getting dentures….which would be billed to the insurance company for over 19,000, but would ONLY cost me 12,000 out of pocket.
I told them I would think about this all. On my way home I called the office (this was a week ago Thursday) and asked more questions. Can we just treat the tooth that is bothering me?! If I do indeed have infection(like they said I do) , can I get an antibiotic for that while I figure out the next steps?! Left the message with a woman, who told me that Brandon was busy (I was told I could call him with any questions), it has been over a week, and still no response. This tells me I definitely picked the wrong dental group for my needs. They don’t care about the pain or immediate issue I was having, they only cared about full mouth restoration…..so sad. I def would not recommend them if you are looking for a personal dentist that is willing to help you “get there” in your dental journey. They literally act like 12k is no big deal, and everyone has the ability to pay it. Never once addressing the immediate concern, or possible avenues to be taken. Utterly disgusted, and would not recommend unless you were going for complete cosmetic make over .

Jessica Newberg I went to get one tooth pulled being thats all I can afford and they made sure to still take care of 2 other teeth and get those pulled due to infection. So they pulled a total of 3 teeth for an amazing price. The staff up front and nurses that helped were amazing and very friendly. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and didnt feel any pain before the procedure began. I have to say this is the best dentist experience Ive had and Im 22 years old. The dentist his self was very friendly and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this place!!
