5 /5 Kristy Clark-Doskocil: 3/11/2025: This, by far, has been the best dental experience. They took the time to explain every step and procedure for the cleaning process and where the VA skipped or missed some treatment steps that would have been more beneficial earlier on for me.
All of the staff are polite and attentive! Im glad that I kept the appointment here!
01/2025:
3 star rating until I get a call, email or text as Ive been trying to contact them since December when the VA community care approved them. Ive used the Contact Us form, and left three voicemails. I have an appointment that is scheduled for me without anyone contacting me and I have informed them that I already have an appointment that day.
2/5/2025: I was able to speak with Laurie and have a new appointment scheduled. Ill update my rating after my visit. It took a bit of "phone tag" starting on 2/3 however we finally were able to connect.
Im still waiting for a reply. Im hoping that this review will help me get someone to contact me. Ive also reached out to the VA community care and told then that Im having a hard time reaching a person and sent the screenshots of the contact us form and the phone call dates and times.
