Bailey was very courteous and made my check in process super easy. Eddie, the dental assistant, is a very cool guy and made the visit relaxing and chill. Then Dr. Gonzalez came in, very knowledgeable dentist and I can tell he knows the up to date treatment, recommendations, and testing. I was looking for that personable dental office where an actual person picked up the phone instead of an automated service. I’m glad I found Dentists of Melbourne. Everyone was very nice and happy to be working there. Made the visit a nice experience. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the staff stood out in the best way possible. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, which honestly felt rare in a dental setting. Chris and the front desk team were super helpful, and Dr. Gonzales was amazing. I have major dental anxiety from past experiences, but they made me feel completely at ease. The dental hygienist was also fantastic—thorough, gentle, and very informative. I left feeling taken care of and confident in my dental health. Highly recommend this office to anyone!

5 /5 Kristen Corry: Had a great experience with all the staff. Particularly Chris and Dr. Gonzalez, but everyone there makes you feel extremely comfortable. I had a lot of procedures so I was there most of the day, but I was never forgotten about and I always seem to for whatever I needed given every comfort. The staff here is amazing making you feel appreciated and working with your insurance, overall cost, and payment plans. When I left there, I was 100% satisfied with the work that Dr. Gonzalez had done and will definitely be going to him in the future.

5 /5 Guarding Cross: Don’t get this office confused with Suntree Smiles (they’re very close); there is no comparison. Dr. Gonzalez is the best dentist in Brevard County and maybe the best dentist in Florida. He takes time to explain things to patients. Bumps patients up for emergencies and cares about what you can afford in dental care. His staff is phenomenal, but Chris is on a different level. He’s easily the best front agent I’ve experienced ever and there’s something about him that shines in the industry. I drive over an hour just to come here and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Come see Dr. Gonzalez and notice the difference for yourself.

Marvin Reynolds: I went for an initial visit and everything seemed ok. I was told my teeth needed a deep cleaning that my insurance would not cover. I was told it would cost me $400 and would need to be paid before they would do the service or schedule the appointment. I told them my pay date and that I would pay on that date. They made the appointment. I then received an email that they were canceling my appointment because of non payment. They also sent a bill for the original visit that was not covered by my insurance! The procedure that was not covered Wes never discussed with me at the time! Do not go here!

Ron: Didnt know what to expect going to a dentist I didnt know. The visit could not have been any more relaxing or pleasant, Tammy the assistant kept making sure I was comfortable, and Dr. Quadri was professional, and social, did not give you that get done and get out feeling. The whole extraction, implant procedure was basically painless. Staff and Dr. were great. I would like to add that they do not accept checks and if you use a credit card there is a 3.5% fee so be prepared in advance for how you want to pay.

On rainy days the staff offers you a new clear - poncho to take with you... or a Front Desk Staff with an umbrella ready to walk with you to your car. Theres also easy parking. Dr. Rowely is super soft spoken and friendly, he helps you understand your treatment plan for present appointments. He is not like other dentists. He is honest and wont rob you or your time. Even with my insurance being out of network they make it easy. The office manager Lucy will explain what will work for you. They process the claims for me and take the stress off of the patient. Theres several hygienist ... Lauren has been mine for 3 years, she is very caring and gentle and always excellent service. Erika and Audrey are super nice and hands on knowledgeable and will explain step by step the process for your visit and you will feel comfortable to ask questions before getting started.
