I was schedule emergency next day 1 wisdom and a broken molar extraction with IV sedation. I got there at 9:15, it was $990.85 and the lady click Refund instead of a regular purchase. They informed me that I was the First transaction with that new bank and the bank guy was there. Immediately I asked them to cancel that transaction and to charge me so we can start the process. They charged me and Inwas immediately debited. They said they were unable to cancel the refund but I never recieve that money. Therefore I paid. They hooked me up with the IV, Oxigen, oxigen monitor, and 3 heart monitor patches and while in pain they asked me to call my bank to confirm my refund was in process. I called and the bank told them that never receive that transaction. Dr Dewilde said it was because it was the first transaction they didnt had the money and will showed up any time as they had the money in , which is not true because they charge me immediately and they has me the money. After almost 3 hours of me waiting he said he will pushed my surgery back until I receive the refund and he will
charge me again because "he have been in the business for so long and CUSTOMERS dont pay".... They unhooked me and I had to leave short $990.85 and in pain with a massive infection can can easily turned into something worse, because he just disappeared. I called the next day(Thursday to get my money and they said he was not coming back until Monday.
I went that day to the dentist again and he sent me to Dr Whitmann!! he was God sent, he did the extraction of not only one but 2 wisdom plus the broken molar for less money and they treated me like a patient not a customer.
