1 /5 Cristina Guzman: He really deserves 0 or negative if possible!! I was schedule emergency next day 1 wisdom and a broken molar extraction with IV sedation. I got there at 9:15, it was $990.85 and the lady click Refund instead of a regular purchase. They informed me that I was the First transaction with that new bank and the bank guy was there. Immediately I asked them to cancel that transaction and to charge me so we can start the process. They charged me and Inwas immediately debited. They said they were unable to cancel the refund but I never recieve that money. Therefore I paid. They hooked me up with the IV, Oxigen, oxigen monitor, and 3 heart monitor patches and while in pain they asked me to call my bank to confirm my refund was in process. I called and the bank told them that never receive that transaction. Dr Dewilde said it was because it was the first transaction they didnt had the money and will showed up any time as they had the money in , which is not true because they charge me immediately and they has me the money. After almost 3 hours of me waiting he said he will pushed my surgery back until I receive the refund and he will charge me again because "he have been in the business for so long and CUSTOMERS dont pay".... They unhooked me and I had to leave short $990.85 and in pain with a massive infection can can easily turned into something worse, because he just disappeared. I called the next day(Thursday to get my money and they said he was not coming back until Monday. I went that day to the dentist again and he sent me to Dr Whitmann!! he was God sent, he did the extraction of not only one but 2 wisdom plus the broken molar for less money and they treated me like a patient not a customer.

The experience was absolutely top notch, the staff were absolute professionals and were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Dr. Dewild was quite thorough and made sure we knew all the treatment options, we never felt rushed. The actual procedure went smoothly also. Each patient will have a different experience of course, but my son was relatively comfortable and recovered rather quickly. He was eating solid foods a week after the procedure.

5 /5 Cherrah Johnson: Dr. DeWild is a thoughtful and skilled professional - our 17 year old son had his wisdom teeth pulled recently and we have been patients of Dr. DeWild for 20 years. *** I was particularly happy as a parent at how Dr. DeWild handled the discussion of pain killers with our son. He took time to explain safe and unsafe use of pain medication and encouraged him to consider using minimal over the counter relief as a primary option, with stronger medication if needed. We were so impressed as parents that this kind of precautionary guidance was offered and will be patients for life. Thanks Chuck!

5 /5 Patricia McKenna: Very proficient and empathetic physician and oral surgeon .Treated me with kindness and the staff is helpful. Had oral surgery here awhile back and pending several extractions that are imperative in the near future.

1 /5 Joannnah: We would NOT recommend this provider. We provided all the information for our insurance upfront two weeks ago — and it wasn’t till we were already on our way to the appointment that they called and told us we would have to do self-pay up front because my spouse has Medicare. Why does that even matter???? What does Medicare have to do with dental work??? Absolutely nothing! We have an excellent PPO dental care plan. And it gets even worse! Even though we had a referral to have my this wisdom tooth extracted, and my spouse was evaluated by our dentist less than two weeks ago, this guy wanted to do yet another “evaluation” for an additional $175 —plus they could not even give us an estimate of how much the extraction would cost!!!! They said he could go anywhere from $300-$675 plus the cost of the “exam” —meaning we should show up prepared to pay $700 for a simple extraction!!! There is no need for this man to do an additional evaluation of a tooth that our dentist already determined had to be removed. Moneymaking scheme!!!! And they should be able to tell you what a tooth extraction cost upfront and not wait until an hour or two before the appointment and then come up with a “estimate.” Upshot: we went to another provider a few days later. The “evaluation “ was free and the simple extraction cost $120; we paid $49 our dental insurance paid the rest!!! Shop around because if you don’t guys like this will scam you!!!!
