3 /5 Amanda: I want to start by saying that this nail tech responded in a good time when I reached out on short notice. She was kind and was able to get my mother in the next day to do her nails. I was happy she was able to help my mom on such short notice. Her home has a very nice nail room and she seemed to do great work . Everything was good until I noticed she was doing a regular gel set and it was suppose to be an acrylic overlay with a gel French after. I then mention hey are we not doing the over lay to which she says she forgot . No big deal she was so nice I did not make a big deal about it . Once she was finished I looked at my mothers hands and notice it was pretty messy as fair as the polish goes and i said can that be removed ? And she said it will come off once she washes her hands , again I did not make a big deal about it because this is her home and my first time meeting her . Long story short , I dropped my mother off and a couple or hours went by and I texted this nail tech to express how the nails really did not look to good and being I paid $60 i just wanted to express that my mother did not love them and it was suppose to be a treat for her . I sent photos and a text to her and she just completely ignored me and never replied . I never do reviews and that’s why i messaged her privately but she did not reply which is rude and unprofessional . I give 3 stars because I’m not a petty person. She did have a clean very nicely put together room and she was kind up until she became unprofessional . I will attach the proof below. I do not recommend due to the way I was treated by simply and kindly expressing my concern to her about the nails She did .
