1 /5 Valerie Gunnels: This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a nail salon. I went in for a pedicure, acrylic removal, and manicure. The pedicure was mediocre,but the manicure was awful. She didn’t use the warm water to soften the cuticles, no cuticle removal gel or grooming, which was so desperately needed after acrylic removal. She filed my nails unevenly and jagged, and the polish job.. just not good. To add insult to injury they didn’t even let my nails dry before they closed the doors. Their hours list they’re open until 7pm, my services were completed about z7:15. I paid $85 for this - regular polish. Will not be returning. They also had a dog in the shop who was so cute and friendly but I’d prefer if animals weren’t licking out of the water my pedicure is being done. Waste of time and money

5 /5 Caitlyn Murphy: I absolutely love this salon. I get my acrylic nails done here, as well as my pedicures and the occasional upper lip wax. They are always so friendly. I’ve never been disappointed with my nails either.

3 /5 cat Ward: Has gone downhill in a big way. The really good techs have moved. I had to have my latest mani removed and redone at another place due to crappy looking stickers and incomplete polish on the sides of the nails. I am wondering if the male tech I had ( and they KEEP placing me with him !)- has an eyesight problem. He’s very very nice , but does a bad job each time. And all this for close to $100. I gave it several extra chances after I started noticing decrease in quality. Disappointed each time. Won’t be returning. This was my go- to salon for YEARS and I used to be very satisfied . Something has happened and it’s NOT good.

Lovely Nails - Gainesville Beibi Mckenzie: The worst experience in my life with a simple pedicure . Note : The only professional at the salon is the owner gentleman that works there all others not at all . Went for a pedicure the tech made me bleed a lot right when she first started she said sorry i hit the wrong spot/nerve. she had no gloves on ,she cleaned the tub and then went back into touching my feet without washing her hands then had the owner come speak to me for the pain she caused at making me bleed a lot . The owner apologized and finished my nails for her . My nails were already painted from the tech but the owner started cutting and kept grooming my toe nails while painted as if the tech didn’t finish the job correctly. This experience was a very painful disaster . I Just gave birth a few months ago I wanted to pamper myself and this is what I got . A painful disaster . Lady’s run…. I do not recommend this place at all .

Claws by Sherell - Gainesville Alexi Bell: Great experience with Sherell yesterday! Came in for a manicure and pedicure. I’ve never had an acrylic overlay before, and always had dip services done. This was a first and I loved it! Reasonable price and friendly environment. Very pleased.

For The Love of Nails LLC - Gainesville Carolyn Hardison: Ms Diana does an excellent and amazing work! I began using her the past several months. She is an awesome artist and is able to paint any item on your nails.

Demode Nails - Gainesville Duo Chen: Jenni is the best nail tech on this planet! I am very picky about my nails, but I have been going to see Jenni every two weeks for the past 3 years. I have to be very loyal to her as she is the only person in Gainesville who is able to meet all my standards(I know I expect a lot). She can do a lot of complicated designs and always pays attention to all details. She also does pedicures and brow waxing. Go! See! Her! If! You! Want! Pretty! Nails!

Q Nails Gainesville - Gainesville Geraldina Isabel Lagos Padilla: It was my second and last time going to this salon. The guy who did my nails, doesnt speak English or pretend not to understand. He did a big mess with my toe nails and hands, he didnt even soaked my hands in warm water, and they charged me $51.00. He left all the hard skin around my nails. They are not good at all.

Spa Royale - Gainesville Bev G: I’ve had consistently excellent massages here. It’s become exceptionally difficult to book services, though. Unfortunately, scheduling an appointment for a massage more than a month out isn’t realistic (for me) and booking multiple services for a single day doesn’t seem possible unless you book a very long time out. I just tried to book an hour massage and a facial on the same day and the first Saturday morning available was almost three month’s out. Good for SR that they are so busy, but bad for customers who can’t (or don’t want to) book that far ahead.

Royal Nails - Gainesville Yashira Ortiz: Went 2 days ago for a full set and all of them came out, the lady said she could fix them but she wanted to charge again. Dont let them get you for foul. They are not worth it. Stealers.
