2 /5 Angie “Angie baby”: I just spoke with a staff member by the name of Lakeland. To be honest, that conversation made me feel terribly uncomfortable. I have never experienced someone being dismissive of me wanting to discuss a follow plan for a heart procedure. My other cardiologist went over the notes in the system and provided an overview of what to expect and I was enthused and confused at the same time because no one at any of my appointments with this staff went over any of that. For me to be told yall would only do the surgery and have 1 follow up appointments and go to my other cardiologist (who indicated I should be following up with the surgeon/office I do the pfo closure with) is concerning. Then to be conveyed in a way, that I dont need to have a pre-op appointment, by which you and your assistant told me I had to, was even more concerning. I dont want my health dismissed and or my concerns brushed to the side.

5 /5 D Cavender: He is the best in Heart Care and Surgery! He did my hubby thru the vein to check the heart. He found that he needed One valve and 2 bypasses. He is the best he saved the life of my hubby who thought it was a lung problem. Poor hubby he dont know Lungs from heart!! Dr Arab knows he is the best!!

Fortunately it’s been a wonderful experience both times! The wait was not too long, the staff was very caring and professional and the doctors and nurses were exceptional! I got the treatment I needed and started feeling better by the next day. I highly recommend TMH Wakulla!

HCA Florida Capital Primary Care - Crawfordville - Crawfordville Donna Davis: This office is will well run. Wait times are reasonable. Dr. Frable is an excellent doctor. He answers your questions and tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. I trust him completely! Aida, the nurse practitioner is also excellent at her job, I absolutely trust her with my health. I highly recommend both of them, just wish they were taking new patients so husband could transfer there.

TMH Physician Partners Wakulla - Crawfordville Kristy Clark-Doskocil: We waited 45 minutes past our appointment time. This isnt the first time that weve had to wait this long to be seen for a scheduled appt. However, it was a necessary appointment that we couldnt reschedule as that was what they offered when we checked twice because the sign says to check with them if weve waited 15 minutes past the appointment time. We saw APRN Lockwood and feel that she helped us get some answers that we needed as well as taking some labs that will hopefully help answer other questions. APRN Lockwood seemed attentive and answered all questions that we could think of to ask. Yes, I was beyond annoyed at the 45 minutes of waiting past the appointment especially when youre asked to arrive early. It would have been different if the office had called us up to inform us that our provider was running behind. As a patient, any provider will cancel your appointment if youre 15 minutes late and charge you and you cannot do anything but try to dispute that.

Unfortunately I was getting prepared to leave them due to a lack of care and incorrect diagnosis I had been receiving. THEN Dr. Kyle Marsh came along and he was very knowledgable and sympathetic to my concerns with my little pup Ginger. Correctly diagnosed her right off and from that point forward I would never take my pets ANYWHERE but to his practice. Always thorough and never rushed, his staff is just as great! It means so much to know my boy Tigger receives the best care available ANYWHERE!
