3 /5 Kristy Clark-Doskocil: We waited 45 minutes past our appointment time. This isnt the first time that weve had to wait this long to be seen for a scheduled appt. However, it was a necessary appointment that we couldnt reschedule as that was what they offered when we checked twice because the sign says to check with them if weve waited 15 minutes past the appointment time. We saw APRN Lockwood and feel that she helped us get some answers that we needed as well as taking some labs that will hopefully help answer other questions. APRN Lockwood seemed attentive and answered all questions that we could think of to ask. Yes, I was beyond annoyed at the 45 minutes of waiting past the appointment especially when youre asked to arrive early. It would have been different if the office had called us up to inform us that our provider was running behind. As a patient, any provider will cancel your appointment if youre 15 minutes late and charge you and you cannot do anything but try to dispute that.

3 /5 Sabrina Zeagers: I have been going here for years, and I have always felt that Dr.Chiu does an amazing job. However, the office staff at this place is ridiculous! I should not have to be the one to tell them that my insurance has approved a test that was ordered as STAT. Ive been waiting three days to here back from their referral department. The whole time Ive been thinking they were waiting on my insurance ( like the staff member told me ). When I called the insurance myself, they told me it had been approved for some time so they didnt know why my appointment hadnt been made. Ive been in pain for months and forced to wait longer for an MRI all because the office staff couldnt be bothered to do their job. I love Dr. Chiu , but the office staff there is failing her.

1 /5 Felicia Register: Per your reply back: there is no use in me calling as your office as they have already told me they would not see us based on me missing an appt 2 years ago. So Im not wasting my time to call after I have already wasted so much time trying to get my familys health care moved here!!! had an appt over 2 years ago that I wasnt able to make and because of that they will not see me and my family. So if you chose this doctors office make sure you dont miss an appt or its a life sentence of never getting to return. Never have a heard of such a thing. Ill make sure my insurance co knows this as well since its the only place that accepts it.

1 /5 Gina Decker: Do Not Go Here!!!!!! New patient, was given wrong date and time for very first appointment. When I tried to speak with the manager to let her know that a member of her office staff was rude when she was the one that gave me the wrong appointment. The office manager told me it’s just a case of he said she said. I told her thank you for your time however I don’t think this physicians office is the right fit for me. She got mad and told me Fine! Call the other doctor here in Crawfordville, good luck! Than turned around and had me black listed from the entire TMH network all within 5 minutes of me leaving. I had to report them to Quality Assurance who has removed the vindictive stain from an office that I was not yet even a patient of. Smh very unprofessional, rude, petty, vindictive and ignorant.

2 /5 Victoria Lewis: I will admit the staff and Dr. Chiu are incredibly kind but they are not focused on patients well being. It took me over a year to get Dr.Chiu to review my MRI of my back and get me the help i desperately waited on for over a year. Yet when it comes to a routine issue i have had for years and simply call for a prescriptipn suddenly she wants to see me and run tests when she couldnt care less about my back issues. The patients are not highly cared about here they are simply treated like cattle to be ushered in and out and dismissed. I stayed with this office for years due to their kindness but if your personal well being is your focus DO NOT GO HERE!!
