5 /5 Isandra: I took my kids there, and they loved it. The ladies were very knowledgeable, and they gave me tips and trick that now Ive been using. My kids hair came out shiny and healthy. I loved the haircut and style. We will definitely be back!

1 /5 Andrealy Louis: Please don’t go here if you have natural hair type of 4a-d. they put relaxer/perm I. The shampoo without me even being acknowledged of it just to make it easier for them. It hurts me how after weeks of having my hair straightened I washed it and my hair didn’t regenerate back to it natural hair texture. Sneaking perm into the shampoo/conditioner is evil work, even worse to the fact that they don’t tell anyone and they just do it cause it easier for them to manage the hair which is stupid. I’d thought and even wanted to sue them for this. Changing someone natural hair texture/state is evil work. There’s no good being done out of it except for the better of management of the hair for them. Don’t go here if you’re black and have typical 4-type hair. You can’t really trust anything nor anybody now these days. Sad really I miss my hair texture back. You see how in the middle of my hair is straight, that’s due to the relaxer/perm

1 /5 Timarah Bass: Experience was great, outcome was great; however, they relaxed (or used some chemical straightener) on mine and my daughter’s hair without permission. I never thought this would happen to me after years of going to Dominican salons bc relaxer is strong, you should be able to smell it, but nope! When I got home and finally washed my hair for the first time, my hair was COMPLETELY ruined. The same for my daughter. I’m 36 and hadn’t relaxed my hair since before I turned 21. We were there for a quick family thing and I needed wash and trim. They could have just said they weren’t able to do our hair instead unethically doing what was done. For this reason they get one star bc it should have been ZERO.
