1 /5 Dainiuris Oler: I was interested in becoming a customer and called to make an appointment. The phone rang 5-6 times with no voicemail, so I assumed they were busy and hung up. Shortly after, I received a vague text saying, âcall u later,â but I never heard back. Disappointing experience before it began.
Suggestion: If youâre going to text customers after missing a call, at least acknowledge them with a message like, âThank you for contacting us. Weâre currently busy, but feel free to call back,â or something along those lines. It would make a much better impression.
