However, when I arrived at around 3:50 and texted her I was there waiting for whenever she arrived at 4, she said oh I have a flat tire. Also fine as life happens, but it’s not fine that she was never planning to let me know until I texted her that I was there waiting. It would have been professional to let me know not to come yet as she wouldn’t make it. I then asked for a discount to come back later which is only fair after having to spend 5 hours of my day trying to get a couple small braids done on my husband. She said no that life happens and that she is so professional. I had nothing but an awful experience. She is just like what you would expect in this area. She does not care about the quality of your experience at all only her quick cash. I would go anywhere but here.
