James: I have a broken tooth and they refused to see me unless I got full X-rays cleaning of teeth of 2k work then they would see me after all that after being a patient for 9!!!! yrs they refused to see me on a emergency basis because I havnt been there for 6 mo. ridiculous now I have a infected painful tooth and have to see another strange dentist for help I am going to lose this tooth and more damage to my gum ECT because of their new polices they just dont care anymore except for one thing MONEY!

Damion Goodwin: Of course I was apprehensive about going to a dentist. When I got there everyone was welcoming and smiling like they enjoyed being there. Im not sure what I was expecting but it wasnt that. The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. She didnt get an attitude or anything when my paperwork didnt show up from online. She just filled it out on her end as I answered the questions. The young lady that did my X Rays was extremely nice to. Not only did she take pictures of my teeth but she sat there and talked with me for a bit. Im sure she didnt KNOW I needed that but I did. The dentist came in and she was very nice too. She explained everything to me like I was human and not a robot. The establishment is very welcoming and homey. Im sorry Im not good with names but I will definitely be learning them since I feel this will be my forever dental facility. Thank you for being so nice!!

Tkayla Dickey: Poor Customer Service & I wouldn’t recommend anyone to be selected for dental insurance through them either. I’ve been trying to get my son, daughter & myself an appointment since forever. I always get placed on hold & the phone somehow ends up hanging up. This is the dental office to be exact. I could never get to anyone or to even get scheduled for an appointment cause no one knows where’s the dentist doctor whereabouts or their schedule. Which is odd. I thought they work 8am-5pm but no one knows anything? CRAZYYYYYYY. They’ve told me multiple times to call at the end of each month or to call & see if any appointments been canceled. Why should I have to see if anyone canceled appointments? That’s not my job. I’m fed up because with the insurance I was provided is through them but I can’t even get an appointment scheduled to be seen. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THROUGH THEM TO BE SEEN FOR THE DENTIST AREA. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME.
