Although they couldn’t do my root canal on site (he doesn’t do molars) they treated me with so much care. The staff was very kind, empathic, and understanding. The doctor gave me his best and honest advice and let me make the best decision for me (I have a 20 day gap in my insurance and I need this procedure). I highly recommend this practice. I could hear the way they interacted with the other patients while I waited and they were just as friendly and compassionate. This is hard to find!!

It felt like a family atmosphere. I went to face my giant (as weird as this may sound) I was traumatized due to bad dental experiences and they truly made it so comfortable for me that literally took my mind off those bad experiences as they were working with my teeth. Brenda Goudeau: I would highly recommend Dr Douglas and the Apex team. She made time for me in an urgent situation. She was able to assess what needed to be done. She had me wait until some inflammation had subsided (to keep the necessary pain to a minimum) and then she did a great job on my root canal. Great staff. nick joe: The whole staff was great especially my dentist Maria. She is just amazing and so friendly that it honestly made me nervous, didnt think someone could be so likeable but she just is. Shes funny, very attentive, and very thorough, and Ive never had any dentist check so many areas before to make sure youre ok. Even if I move away, Im going to keep her because shes great. They even gave me a payment plan to make it easier which was amazing because that was the reason it took me a minute to get some of these work done since teeth are honestly expensive if you let them just exist and not maintain them. Just cause the smile is beautiful doesnt mean them teeth are healthy, just saying.

We brought our 10 year old in for a routine check up (cleaning, fluoride, X-ray, and exam) and only paid $99. (Self pay) This includes both exams for the year! Everyone was so happy, friendly, personable, and welcoming! The office is clean, inviting, and efficient! Alyssa Haneiph: I walked out before getting anything done because the place is so unsanitary. All the equipment is covered in yellow stains and dust. When I get to the xray machine, it’s so dirty I ask them to wipe it since my face goes on it. It takes them 5 minutes to find a wipe, and the machine is so dirty it makes no difference. Just old skin and oils collected on that thing for who knows how long. They also tried to give me the X-rays with no protective gear. They are nice but I would not risk it.
