Aspen Dental - Ormond Beach, FL - Ormond Beach susan turner: Left the office crying. I have a chipped front tooth. Went in to get fixed, but ended up going through all the xrays and usualy crap. At the end of all that I thought they were going to fix my tooth. I understand I needed other things done, but my tooth needed immediate attention. My insurance pays for regular cleanings, but because they have a deal with my insurance company I guess they dont get paid as much as they want, so they would not do any work whatsoever until I paid over $200 for a deep cleaning. I explained to them that I am not paying anything that my insurance will not cover and they just sat there staring at me and refused to try and work with me. I ended up leaving in tears. A friend of mine when through the exact same thing at another aspen dental. So this tells me they just want you to make more money out of you. Oh and they wanted me to buy this really expensive toothbrush... They do not care about their patients, they are just out for the money...
Greene Pediatric Dentistry - Daytona Beach Courtney Shaw: What an amazing experience for my daughter whom is 7 years old, and definitely not fond of the dentist. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Greene, Eli, and his assistants. We went through different dentist since Sept of 2024, we have finally found someone to help finish up some of her dental work by adding a much needed crown. He was able to do the crown the same day as consultation, and what an amazing job he did! He has excellent bed side manners with kids as well as very gentle, I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist! We will be switching to this practice permanently after experiencing such good care from Dr Greene and his staff! Thank you guys again, we will see you soon!

Dentistry By the Sea - Panacea Kristy Clark-Doskocil: 3/11/2025: This, by far, has been the best dental experience. They took the time to explain every step and procedure for the cleaning process and where the VA skipped or missed some treatment steps that would have been more beneficial earlier on for me.
All of the staff are polite and attentive! Im glad that I kept the appointment here!
01/2025:
3 star rating until I get a call, email or text as Ive been trying to contact them since December when the VA community care approved them. Ive used the Contact Us form, and left three voicemails. I have an appointment that is scheduled for me without anyone contacting me and I have informed them that I already have an appointment that day.
2/5/2025: I was able to speak with Laurie and have a new appointment scheduled. Ill update my rating after my visit. It took a bit of "phone tag" starting on 2/3 however we finally were able to connect.
Im still waiting for a reply. Im hoping that this review will help me get someone to contact me. Ive also reached out to the VA community care and told then that Im having a hard time reaching a person and sent the screenshots of the contact us form and the phone call dates and times.
