1 /5 Elizabeth Smith: Todays interaction with, Heather was awful. I really hate Im going to have to shop dentists. I would love an opportunity to talk to Dr. Lee about the experience. I understand that everyone has bad days, but rescheduling an appointment shouldnt make a patient feel like a ball of stress. Your office has my phone number. Please consider reaching out to me to discuss the experience. I dont want another patient to go through what I just did. Obviously you have a lot of business, but with time your office will get an unfortunate reputation of poor service if the lead is not coached. Patients need compassionate care. They do not need undue stress. I asked several times to have Heather allow me to speak and clarify my questions and needs and she kept interrupting and speaking over to me. Her tone, and everything could make the devil cry. Id email you directly, but Im not sure that it wouldnt be intercepted or deleted by your lead, and Im really hoping you take note of this. I am not one to leave negative reviews. This is not my first rodeo in life but this is the first time I have ever been treated like this for simply trying to reschedule an appointment that you had to cancel. I do understand cancellations happen. I do not understand the nightmare that I just experienced.
