Zach G I recommend Dr. Hines and woodbine family dentistry to everyone! You wont find a better dentist anywhere! He is absolutely great with children. Hes honest, caring, and I wouldnt trust anybody else to take care of my childrens teeth. The staff, from the receptionist to the hygienists are all amazing and words cant put justice to the experience my family had here! Terrific! Thank you so much Dr. Hines.

He has always been extremely patient with her, answers all of our questions and explains everything very well. The staff is incredible as well. All the hygienists, receptionists and billing are all so kind and you honestly feel like family when youre there. Id recommend Dr. Hines to everyone.

I reached out to dozens of dentists and dental labs nationwide and Jay Owsley was the only one that could help me with making me a gold tooth flexible nesbit. He got back to me immediately about my questions and was completely transparent with the possible outcomes. Jay worked with my dentist closely. My dentist enjoyed working with Jay and said they had been talking quite bit. When I received my gold nesbit, it fit perfectly. The bite is perfect and it feels very natural and comfortable. It looks so beautiful and I get many compliments. The craftsmanship is superb. I am looking forward to doing business with Jay at Emerald Coast Dental Lab in MIlton, FL in the future. Thank you Jay!

Robyn Holley I passed by this office on a daily & decided to call for dental work, he informed me that hes not an actual dentist & just made the work. He was so nice & gave me lots of information that I would soon need. He took the time out to very helpful.

don weeks First visit was great but got progressively worse. It felt as if I was on a visit to a used car lot.Ottleys office and his workers were setting up procedures without communication with me .No suggestions or me asking questions or price?Employees had me sitting in dental chair 3 hrs. On second visit and three and one half hrs. On third and last visit.They even trailed me to my vehicle ,trying to persuade me into their predetermined ideas.I would never return to Ottleys dental office nightmare.

Danett Lothrop Very nice people, but I showed up for my sons 7:30 appointment as a new patient they didnt have him in the system, nor did they have an appointment for him. They worked him in, which was nice since we scheduled the appointment last week. But it was $320 just for an exam and x-rays when I was told it was $220 when we scheduled. For that much, I would have thought he would have gotten a cleaning or at least a free toothbrush. The staff was very friendly and it was a nice, clean environment, but its also a bit misleading that Dr. Turners name is still on the practice but she no longer works there

They are very friendly and you feel like you’re right at home when you’re there. Lydia is a great dental assistant, and Debbie is a great dental hygienist.. absolutely would not go anywhere else.

b j owens I would give a lower rating than a one star if I could. They are unprofessional. I set up an appointment with them. I got an email confirming my appointment. They took me off the schedule because they said they could not reach me on my cell phone Said it kept going to a doctors office. I confirmed my phone number with them. Its the correct phone number so theyre not only unprofessional theyre liars. They made me basically take time off of work today for this appointment just so I can show up and them tell me they took me off the schedule. I hope no one goes to this company the most unprofessional setting Ive ever seen in my entire life. Its funny how every other doctors appointment dentist appointment. Every one of them has been able to contact me on my cell phone without any problems. They didnt have any solutions other than rescheduling me so I could take off another day of work to come to their appointment. It is ridiculous like I do not have things I got to do like I dont have bills to pay like I dont have to be at work. Will never ever come to this establishment again

Elizabeth Smith Todays interaction with, Heather was awful. I really hate Im going to have to shop dentists. I would love an opportunity to talk to Dr. Lee about the experience. I understand that everyone has bad days, but rescheduling an appointment shouldnt make a patient feel like a ball of stress. Your office has my phone number. Please consider reaching out to me to discuss the experience. I dont want another patient to go through what I just did. Obviously you have a lot of business, but with time your office will get an unfortunate reputation of poor service if the lead is not coached. Patients need compassionate care. They do not need undue stress. I asked several times to have Heather allow me to speak and clarify my questions and needs and she kept interrupting and speaking over to me. Her tone, and everything could make the devil cry. Id email you directly, but Im not sure that it wouldnt be intercepted or deleted by your lead, and Im really hoping you take note of this. I am not one to leave negative reviews. This is not my first rodeo in life but this is the first time I have ever been treated like this for simply trying to reschedule an appointment that you had to cancel. I do understand cancellations happen. I do not understand the nightmare that I just experienced.

I have a real hard time trusting dentists with my teeth, as Ive had a horrible experience in the past. I plan on trusting him with my dental care for as long as I can. Highly recommended!
