1 /5 Patti Poulos: Scheduled an appointment for my mother for 1030am . Allegedly they had an emergency this morning thats why they are running late. This is not the first time this has happened. My brother bought her one time and they waited 2 hours. We are currently waiting close to one and a half hours . I would not recommend this Dr. or his so called staff to anyone.

5 /5 starrynightin64: The very best PCP and team Ive ever had. From the front lobby set up to relax patients to the friendly staff it shows they care about patients in more ways then the normal doctors office. That lobby is set up with an oldies Rock & Roll theme including music that helps you relax and lower blood pressure. Ive watched patients sing and even dance back to their appointments. They have a share food pantry box that patients can take home an item and even help them with contacts for other needs. I brought my complete file from my last PCPs office for my new patient visit. Had my lowest blood pressure ever on a new patient visit. Between the med tech, Dr. Figueroa and myself, we went over everything. Im dealing with some very complex issues that the previous PCPs chose to not help figure out. A plan of action was set up to try some different meds, do some baseline bloodwork with follow up and get me into a couple specialists. We are tweaking things as we go and learning a lot. If you need anything or even have a question there is someone answering the phones and messaging the staff at all hours. Those people are normally off site but really very nice too. I got side tracked my last visit, forgot a copy of my bloodwork Doc wanted me to take to the Gastros new patient visit. I called and they mailed it to me to go with my MRI reports and other paperwork. Ive also called in updates on appointments that were canceled then rebooked, bad reactions to new meds and that I was going back to the old meds until instructed. Dr. Figueroa and his staff all told me NO MORE WORRIES; I have a home with them! No more PCP ignoring MRI reports and the w/follow up instructions. No more trying to figure things out alone and they are very happy to work with the specialists team I have had for years.

We’ve visited your clinic often, and you’re consistently over an above as far as The waiting room, and care from the professional staff on the inside, and cordial when we have called to clarify your advice and treatment. Like I said, but it’s worth repeating, your standard of care is always excellent. Thank you! You’ve been a blessing to us, yet again. We have no problem of referring you to our family/ friends .

Dr. Glen D. Lowery, DO - Largo Amberlea Barber: Dr Lowery performed my double mastectomy with axillary lymph dissection in 2016. Hes the most kind surgeon, very knowledgeable. Definitely the best in profession. I felt confident at age 28 with my second cancer diagnosis, stage 2B invasive ductile carcinoma (first being childhood leukemia 12 yrs prior). He was there for me through the diagnosis, surgical process and postoperative management. I was lucky enough to have his nurse anesthetist wife take care of me in the OR. Overall, I couldnt be more thankful to have had Dr Lowery be a part of my breast cancer journey. His office staff is wonderful and as genuine as it gets.

Peninsula Pediatrics of West Florida, PLLC - Largo Ginny Nicholls: I honestly cant say enough great things about this office. The entire staff is amazing but especially Dr. Moore. Whenever I have a concern about anything at all, Dr. Moore gets on the phone to explain to me what is going on and talks to me in a way that I understand. A lot of doctors use medical terms that will confuse me more but Dr. Moore explains things so well that I am never confused with anything going on with my children. I am still amazed how he could tell by the time my son turned 1, that he thought he could be autistic and sure enough, he was right! I am so thankful he knew he could be autistic because that had me get him into therapy early enough so he keeps continuing to thrive more and more everyday. I am forever grateful for Dr. Moore!! When my son who is autistic gets scared at the visit and hides under the table, Dr. Moore gets under the table with him to make him feel more comfortable and it helps! He isnt even scared to go to the doctor appointments anymore. I will always recommend Dr. Moore to anyone who is looking for a pediatrician. You cant ask for a better doctor for your child than Dr. Moore!

Dr. Mark Stine, DO - Largo Katen Felsen: Dr.Stine has been my physician for almost five years. He works his practice with a good heart and genuinely cares for his patients. He sets a fine example for those he teaches. Oh, that more doctors could be like him.

Largo Medical Center Outpatient - Largo Jen G: I was there for two days and the doctor took blood one day and told me that my white count was high and that my hemoglobin was low. He said he would compare the bloodwork from the following day to see if anything had gotten better. He also indicated that I required a scan of my kidneys for a kidney infection. Not only did the blood navigate taken the following day, no, CAT scan was Completed, the doctor never came in to see me, and he ordered meds that had nothing to do with him from five years ago from CVS.

Bartow Regional Medical Center - Bartow carol brooks: The nursing staff was absolutely incredible. They were helpful, understanding, and some of the happiest people Ive seen. They not only made sure I was comfortable but also the friend that brought me. I would highly recommend BayCare Hospital. From the time I got there till the time I left I was treated with care and respect.

Bartow Medical Center Wound Care Center - Bartow John Warren Jr: Have been coming here for about 6 months from LRH Wound Care for a second opinion, in which I thank god I did. Dr Pham immediately after first appointment had scheduled all proper procedures and tests to find I had an infection for over 2 years while going to LRH in Lakeland for that entire time them never telling me, even after explanation of all symptoms, also had asked for every test under the sun. So I am very glad I had come here. From my doc, especially the nurses are very outgoing and always listening to all of my concerns. Had also started hyperbaric therapy, omg after 7 sessions already seeing results. The hyperbaric nurse is just as tremendous as all the other nurses and staff here! Recommend over LRH Wound Center on Harden Boulevard any day!!

Palm Medical Centers - Bartow - Bartow John Draper: No waiting, labs done easily, professionally, assisted without asking (I’m a wheelchair patient). I was in and out quickly. Very pleased with this visit.

Watson Clinic Bartow Building A - Bartow Karla Landaverde: Worst service ever! They made book an appointment twice and was not seen in any of them. I wasted around one hour each time for nothing. They booked the appointment and when I showed up they stated they needed to check the insurance first. When I had in first place since I called that was the purpose of the visit.

Emergency Department at Bartow Regional Medical Center - Bartow Giancarlo Acosta: It is the worst emergency room I have ever visited. I went with my children, that was having stomach pain, looking like it was appendicitis. We had to go through a metal detector, like the TSA at an airport. Then checking in was horrible; later, we sat down for 1 1/2 hours with my children crying in pain and not being able to sit down comfortably, and they never called us to take vitals or anything. We ended up leaving for a different emergency room. I hope nobody has to go through this. If you care about your family or yourself, go somewhere else.
