Every visit is met with kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism from the entire staff. When we show up for our appointment, the wait time to actually see the doctor is always very minimal. I have had to call the office after hours when my children are sick, and have had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Hagan and Dr. Clark, who both treated me with so much compassion. They never made me feel stupid for my questions or make me feel like I am overreacting. They took all of my concerns very seriously.
Dr. Moore is our primary pediatrician, he is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, always taking the time to thoroughly explain every detail and address all of our concerns.
When my husband suddenly passed, they reached out to me and provided me with resources to help us cope with our recent loss, and the shock of suddenly becoming a single parent.
Their dedication goes above and beyond, especially when our children are unwell. They make it a point to check on us at home, providing a comforting level of support and reassurance. The genuine care and compassion we experience at this office are truly exceptional. We feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful pediatrician for our family.
