1 /5 Carolina D.: I called to make an appointment to fix a tooth and the moment I mentioned DeltaCare plan (which they are supposed to accept, as per Delta plan) the receptionist said "oh we dont have anything in August, or September..." when I asked for an appt in October, she paused and said "we dont have anything until December"... which is untrue, that is an unethical administrative practice to avoid certain health plans. So, basically, only go there if you have $$$.

Told the person that I needed a tooth pulled, they placed me on hold and came back to tell me they dont accept any insurance. Im not sure how that works but Ive never heard of a dentist that doesnt take insurance. Didnt give a lower star because I havent gone there for service but I guess I will be driving to Broward to have work done. I was recommended this place and it looks like they only take cash patients?
