Terrance White: The staff and desk clerk is rude. They act like they hate their life and it’s a problem to be talking to you. They have you sign what feels like a million pieces of paper. One of which they DO NOT explain or call out is that they are out of network for literally ALL insurance companies. Meaning standard check ups and procedures that should be free or less then $100 is costing my family $300-$400 we don’t have. Please don’t go here, spend your money elsewhere.
Jessica Williams: After being treated so badly by Shands doctors, I was really afraid and hesitate about seeing another specialist. I’m happy and grateful that I made the decision to come here. The doctor, as well as the nurses, listened to me and took the time to run the tests to see what was really wrong with me. Something that Shands refused to do for years. I thank all the staff here for being amazing staff. I appreciate you all.
Audrey Strickland: I always have a wonderful experience every time I come here!! They have super friendly and helpful staff that are wonderful with the patients! The nurses and doctors really care for their patients! The place is always so nice and clean! They are awesome!
