5 /5 Leah Blocker: Wonderful experience! I took my son to see where all his permanent front teeth were? Come to find out he had a lot of impacted teeth that were obstructing the permanent teeth from moving down. The office staff was very accommodating. The dentists son is a dental surgeon whos office is right across the street. I was walked across the street they checked my son in, and made sure the situation was taking care of. This saved me from making another trip from Pensacola. His son Eric and his staff were also excellent! Seeing 2 dentists (one without an appt) x-rays, 2 examinations all within about an hour 1/2. Very pleased and would recommend either of these dentists!

5 /5 Robert Nixon: Dr. Eric Claussen did a wonderful Surgical extraction of all 22 of my teeth in preparation for dentures. Not an easy job, but he pulled it off perfectly. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Anna Branch: I have never in my life been treated as rudely as the two front desk women at his office were to me. I worked in the dental field for eight years and did insurance and completely understand it, but yet was treated like dirt when I questioned what they were saying to me. Waiting room was extremely dirty and the whole place needs updating.

3 /5 Tammy Jones: Amazing dentist..I walked in crying from an abcess and the front desk person was very very rude, told me that they didnt take my insurance, but with no compassion at all. She was an older lady, rude mean person! The assistant came up front and told me that they did in fact take it and told me to come back in fifteen minutes. I was in the chair with my tooth extracted within minutes and she actually hugged me..so sweet. The front desk person does not reflect what a great place this is!
