David Akins: Let me start with I am not a fan of going to the Dentist. Jenna Pascoli though is the dentist that has made me more comfortable than any other dentist. I have been to her twice now, once for routine cleaning and yesterday for a repair on a chipped tooth. I was liberally in and out of there in 30 minutes. She did not take advantage of my situation and just did what needed to be done. Finally a dentist that I like, can trust and doesnt try to bleed you out of every $$$ they can. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from Victoria, who offered water to me and the other two patients while we waited. As I sat in the lobby, a gentleman walked in, and Victoria greeted him with the same kindness she showed to the rest of us. I overheard their conversation, where she politely asked him to follow her so she could assist him. While still waiting, I noticed that the gentleman left with a smile on his face, but shortly after, Victoria was scolded for helping him. I overheard another front desk staff member telling her that she shouldnt have assisted him because he was a walk-in. I personally commend Victoria for her actions, as the gentleman was older and may have needed some extra help. For this reason, I’m leaving 5 stars—solely for Victoria’s kindness and willingness to assist everyone, regardless of their status. She truly made a positive impression during my visit.
