I’m very blessed that my attorney recommended him & I was shocked to see how through other hospitals hadn’t seen my problems with my back but within 15 minutes of looking at the films he was able to pinpoint the location of the majority of my pain (which was difficult for me to do because It felt like it hurt from mid to lower back). I walked out of his office feeling much better & I’d highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their back. He’s really amazing & has a great way of explaining your individual injury. Kudos Dr Sastry! Thanks for everything so far!

5 /5 Roger Diaz: Dr. Sastry is the ony one that gave my wife relief from Bursitis and Sciatica pain. She went in to his office in a wheelchair and could have walked out on her own. 15 other doctors failed to achieve what he did in one office visit. We highly recommend him.

5 /5 Kristen Schaffer: I was misdiagnosed by an orthopedic surgeon. One visit with Dr. Sastri and he knew that I had bursitis, not tendonitis. He injected my knee and for the first time in almost a month I could walk pain free. His medical assistant Sue is an angel! I highly recommend this practice to any one with chronic pain.

Veterinary Emergency Center - South Daytona Nathan Mamula: On Friday, 3/7/25 around 11PM, we took our 10-month-old kitten, Coconut, to the ER due to frequent and small urination with blood. We called ahead to check the wait-time, to minimize his stress, and were advised to bring him in immediately. They informed us that all animals would be physically examined upon arrival, & depending on the severity of the ailment, would be placed in queue accordingly. True to their word, upon arrival, they immediately checked for urinary blockages (potentially very dangerous/life threatening) but informed us that there wasn’t one, thankfully! The front staff, especially Rhianna, was incredibly kind, eased our nerves, and offered us a private room with WiFi and streaming TV, as we waited for the doctor. She was very knowledgeable and checked on us often as we waited around 3 hours to see the doctor. The vet tech, Michael, provided excellent care, keeping us informed throughout our wait, as well, and elaborated on the doctor’s directives. Both Michael and Rihanna were very helpful in answering any questions we had. Due to a software glitch and Coconut’s eventual “spiciness” (on brand), they were unable to complete a urinalysis, and removed the charge from our bill. Based on a physical exam, Dr. Z’s diagnosis was likely Stress Cystitis, potentially due to recent stressors that included neutering, trips to/from clinics, & the high volume/chaos of bike week. Because there didn’t appear to be any urinary blockages, she recommended we take him back home to continue monitoring him where he’s comfortable. She also prescribed two different pain meds to relieve his discomfort and to help relax his urethra — which appear to have worked, as he’s now urinating normally and enjoying his medication-enhanced cartoons. VECEV operates on a triage basis, so wait times vary, but our visit took about three hours. The bill was reasonable, covering the after-hours exam and meds. While we hope to never need them again, we’d return in an emergency. Huge thanks to VECEV for their compassionate care of Coconut!

Halifax Health Wellness Center - Daytona Beach L J: Im extremely impressed with the Fitness Center at Halifax Hospital. Lynn the manager is an amazing asset to Halifax. Shes always willing to help and go the extra step. She is friendly, kind and very encouraging She never makes you feel like you are a bother. I was going to change insurance companies but it wouldnt have included this Fitness Center and because of that I decided to stay and not change my insurance, so I could stay at this Fitness Center because of the attention that youre given and the cleanlines of the gym. The staff is extremely friendly and the Fitness Center is very clean and always kept in an orderly fashion. Thanks to all, especially Lynn.

Volusia Medical Center - DeLand Kathy Cole: We have been going here for 6 yrs, The best NP they had was Tammy who we miss so very much. Then we had Ashley who was very nice and helpful now she is gone as well. I am waiting to see who they get to replace them. We have had no issues when we did have to see other doctors at any of their locations. It is also great that they have a location opened two days a week late evening hrs for working parents.

Coastal Mental Health Center - Daytona Beach Judy B: Been going here for years. Dr.s are great and take time to listen to patients concerns and are flexible on medication adjustments. While some are nice the majority of the office staff is absolute nightmare. You either cannot get them on the phone, leave messages and no call back, or they never send the link for your online appt, and then you’re told to reschedule. Also been hung up on frequently. Get told different things by different people depending on who you talk to. All of what I’m saying here has happened on multiple occasions. I would recommend searching for somewhere that makes it easier for you to get taken care of, because you cannot guarantee medication for every month as you cannot guarantee the office staff will be able to accommodate an appointment for you. Very hit or miss

Community Medical Center of West Volusia Florida - DeLand Shonna Montgomery: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. How are they even still practicing ? Very unprofessional & disorganized. Marcelo is very rude & insensitive. He does not know how to treat to or talk to patients. Nothing is up to date, building is not up to par, no AC. The assistants are incompetent, they give you the wrong lab work, there’s always one mix up or another. The only people who are good at their job here are Sherry & Libby. Throw the whole business away & let Sherry start an independent practice. Byeeee.

Halifax Health ExpressCare - Daytona Beach Shores Mark Duggan: Its no wonder they have a 3.3 review. Think about that urgent care. 3.3 star review. It all starts with the kid that answers the phone ignorant. He whispers you can barely hear him. And he likes to hang the phone up on people when they ask him tough questions. What a disgrace that a company would let somebody like that answer their telephone. Dealing with people with medical issues , zero stars

AdventHealth Centra Care Ormond Beach - Ormond Beach Elizabeth Price: I booked an appointment online at 1am for 9am. I was early and made sure to do the check in. I was taken back early, tested, and spoken to in a timely and professional manner. I was on my way to pick up my prescription by 9:17. This is the quickest urgent care I have ever been to. Ive been with advent health since Oct of last year and havent had a bad experience with them at all. The urgent care visit was fast, the nurse made sure to ask about the tests I wanted to run, and the NP made sure to communicate with me, made sure to switch a prescription because of an allergy, and both told me and gave me written instructions for my prescription. All around just a pleasant experience which was wonderful to not be stressed out when I was feeling so ill. Thank you all so much!
