1 /5 Robert Frieszell: Good when you can get in. We have been established with my daughters for about two years now. We had an appointment scheduled for December but it was cancelled on their end. They want to reschedule for july. Which would make their last appointment a year before. They said they are too booked up to get us in. I get it but when YOU cancel then maybe YOU should get my daughters rescheduled in a reasonable amount of time. Very disappointing. Maybe he is too popular to care about his patients. Have to go to another dentist who can actually keep their appointments.

1 /5 Anna Sibilrud-Willis: Terrible experience. Wants to sedate immediately. Very little patience. Do not recommend at all. My 11 year old starting going here at age 3 and they were great. Steadily going downhill for a few years. They need to retire or get away from pediatrics. No empathy for small children.

1 /5 Tracy Y.: My daughter had a horrible experience with Dr Bland. Very impatient. It was the worst ever numbing my daughter has ever gotten. The staff was rude as well, unprofessional. They really want to push the sedation no doubt so the dentist can avoid having to actually be a good patient dentist. Do not take your kids here! I have no doubt that some if not all of these reviews are friends or family of the staff. I mean really they sound to good to be true then they probably are. And the chances of every reviewer giving five stars... Way to obvious!!!

5 /5 Karla S.: Best childrens dentist Ive ever taken my family to! Even our little first timer (4) was happy. The office is beautiful and clean. The staff is very helpful, polite, and nice. Highly recommend. Thank you to Dr. Bland and his team for taking their time with each child and explaining things to them in a way they understood. Thank you for giving my family a great experience.

Jeffrey Haynes: I made an appointment, came in, I didn’t have enough insurance info, they wouldn’t look it up, do I had to reschedule. Second time, still not the right info, no help from the staff, just rescheduled again. Third time, I have the correct insurance info. I got there early to fill out paperwork. Waiting room is empty. Staff walking around everywhere. While waiting I heard interactions between a mother trying to get her son’s dental care completed. The front desk staff were snotty and they didn’t communicate well, like they didn’t care. After the mother and her son left, the staff behind the desk started talking bad about her. Talking about her not having any gray matter, other comments geared toward stupidity. They didn’t even try to be quiet. I was a captive audience. Meanwhile I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time, empty lobby, staff everywhere. I got up and left telling them to shred my info. Bad, unhelpful attitudes, unprofessional. I wonder if all the Greenberg Dental places are the same?

I like Dr. Young’s dental healthcare approach and she explains everything. She is taking baby steps with me to recover my dental health. Kaitlyn is a very kind and also professional dental hygienist. Donna at front desk is sweet and fun. Everyone there seems very nice! I along with my family are looking forward to receiving ongoing dental care with Dr. Young and her team. Will make the long drive as they are worth it!

Diane Downs: I have to agree that the receptionist is rude and does not acknowledge you when you come in. Also, the water the dentist uses tastes and smells awful. I asked about on more than one visit, and they say its treated water. I dont believe it. Plus, they missed a cavity and a gum issue on my last visit. Not going back.

Everyone who help me was extremely nice, informative and professional. I got some not so good knees about my oral health due to my own fault, but with that news they also provided me with an easy resolution. They never made me feel bad about it and I felt comfortable with everyone. Even the manager helped. I want to say Thank you to my new Dental Team Jodi, Dr David and My Hygienist Roland. After this first visit I can say that I will keep coming back.

He spoke softly and reassuringly as well as his assistants, explained the whole procedure before any of the work was to be done. Stopped immediately if there was any pain.
