1 /5 Devine Bodytreats: Horrible customer service, staff never gave after care instructions/paperwork for procedure for my child, never met the dentist, front desk loud and rude hung up phone in my face, never told me i was done with appointment had me waiting for hours in lobby for nothing and just kept laughing loud at the desk.

5 /5 John 13:7: They treated me with personalized professionalism. Its a dentist office and it can suck sometimes just having to be at any doctors office. Its really appreciative when they make it an easy and fun experience. The staff smiles and lets you know everything that is going to happen. They make sure your comfortable and are really good at what they do. My doctor has stay hands and it makes for a quicker and more successful result. Get me good and out of there with me not even feeling like I was there long. I hear stories of a few other places - Im thankful that you make this tuff time in my life am easier one.

1 /5 Kylie Mist: Terrible experience! I went before Covid with a toothache and had a tooth pulled and a treatment plan for a root canal. But, the tooth stopped hurting. So, I thought everything was fine. Fast forward to present day, I went in for antibiotics, pain relief, ans a treatment plan. But was met with a very rude dentist that doesnt care about any pain that I am in. He acknowledges I needed more work done but, refused to give anything but, saying take meds over counter. I did not have any medicine allergies but, I told him I needed alternatives to NSAIDs if they had any. He refused to give me anything for pain and was not going to give me any antibiotics until I mentioned it. I have never been so disappointed and disregarded while in pain. That is the most repulsive treatment ever! Better off going to teledoc at least they listen. I doubt the recommendation would help if the people act like he does. Like he wouldnt prescribe anything unless i insisted. Best nurse aside from that.... Do not come here!

1 /5 Erin Howard: DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you have a filing you have to come back. Other locations addressed this same day. Staff is good just was different from past visits I came back to mention something that is now a issue in our home. We all have gaps. David letterman and Madonna are some of the more known gaps. For years when you asked my child what her favorite features are, she would tell you her gap and eyes. Well after our latest visit my daughter now crys over her gap. The dentist didnt ask her how she felt about it instead said she must get braces and ASAP because its covered under her insurance then tried to push us to an ortho consult. This is not ok. My 15 year old loved her smile and looks till a professional told her there is something wrong with it. Perhaps asking how they feel about it first would be more tactful Since posting this they have canceled all future appointments and are neglecting my childs dental needs because I spoke the truth on a review!!! DO NOT GO HERE! 2nd edit. Followed up at another dentist. The cavities you said she had.... dont exist at this dentist. You lied about braces and now I feel like you tried to drill in my daughters mouth when she didnt even need it. You should be reported!
