5 /5 D W: My husband has been treated by Dr. Noggle in the ER several times. He has been outstanding every time. He sent us for follow ups to excellent local physicians, and they have finally gotten to the bottom of what is going with my husband. UAB was stumped, Pensacola, stumped, but Dr. Noggle directed us to two doctors who wouldnt and havent given up.
