1 /5 Roldyne Dolce: Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review for this place. I pride myself on being understanding but this has been extremely bad service! The first appointment I made was abruptly canceled before the appointment time due to "unforseen circumstances", which is understandable. I then, rescheduled for another date. I am now parked in front of the locked salon. No answer to the phones. No explanation. Just a no show I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are other options out there. I appreciate businesses that value their consumers time and deal professionally. Here is not one of them

From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is friendly. Sue Anne is the owner and her and her husband is always gives such amazing attention and I have never had to wait to be seen. As far as my experience with Hana, she is incredibly professional and takes the time to understand exactly what I want. I typically opt for something special every visit and she always delivers!! It is evident that Hana is not only skilled but also passionate about her work. The whole experience is relaxing, and I appreciate the cleanliness of the salon, which is always a plus. Hana also does lashes and eyebrows so when I get the full package of services, I leave feeling pampered and feel beautiful and turnheads! I highly recommend Lamour Nails and especially Hana to anyone looking for a talented and dedicated nail technician. I cant wait for my next appointment!

Joseline Rodriguez: Came here with my mom to get our nails done. We both speak Spanish and I only understand English and a male employee was talking bad about us with a client right in front of us and even pointed at us thinking we don’t understand English. This is very disrespectful and unethical. Every time I come here it is always a problem I want to wait for certain employees and the boss wants to pick who does it for me and when I simply choose not to I get talked about. Not right, since I’m paying I have the right to be able to wait for someone who is going to do it right. I don’t recommend and won’t be coming back.

Yli Valsai: Worst nail job I have gotten in my life. First they did my pedicure and it was fine. Then they sat me to get my pedicure dry for over an hour. They the same guy that did the pedicure started doing my nails. It seems like he did not know how not do almond shape nails. I asked him to file them down and he did it with the machine leaving them with no length. After he saw how upset I looked he passed me to the lady whom I assume was the owner. She Kept on taking to everyone and not focusing on my nails. Overall was a very disappointed experience. Will not return there again..
