Having previously encountered anxiety related to dental visits due to an unfortunate experience, I have found that this office prioritizes patient comfort. Each time I contact the office or arrive for an appointment, the front desk staff consistently provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My hygienist, Angie, is kind, attentive, and ensures my comfort throughout the appointment. Scheduling an appointment is easy. They accommodate my late appointments due to my work schedule. Dr. Strickland is an excellent dentist; he takes the time to explain procedures in detail, outlines a comprehensive dental care plan, and brings a lighthearted approach to visits. I highly recommend this office.
Sorrento Dental Care - Pensacola Tess Frisbey: This was my final visit to Sorrento dental care. The people are nice but way understaffed. They book 6 months in advance because they’re so understaffed and at one point at the end of my six months cancel the appointment because they did not have anybody who could see me. Rebooked me for only four months in advance And then I had to rebook because I couldn’t make it on that one day that they had four months in advance. Again, very nice people they just need more staffing.

They greet you with a friendly smile, but all they care about is money, not the quality of work！ The dentist who did my crowns initially told me she would redo them for me since they were within the one-year warranty. I went back because there’s a large gap between the crown and my gum. They never told me that an improperly fitted crown increases the risk of decay. I often feel uncomfortable with food getting stuck in the gap. However, the dentist who promised to fix it is no longer with them. They didn’t call to inform me of the change, and when I went to the office, I waited for hours only to find out she no longer works there and my appointment had been rescheduled. Now, the new dentist says no such warranty! When it’s done is done! Redo is not free even it’s labor fault not having correct crown! Trust the review you see!
Patriot Dental - Pensacola Dallas Amerson: Patriot Dental was the best dental experience I’ve received in our area. The front desk staff was very quick to return my phone call and got me an appointment scheduled same day. Dr. Lisonbee explained my care plan options in a way that was understanding of my concerns while also addressing what I needed. He also took the time to explain each step as it was happening during the procedure. This made me feel more comfortable. The patient is definitely the priority at this facility! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff here were super welcoming, explained everything I needed to know really well, and helped me figure out a plan to get rid of my two cavities. Newsome Family Dentistry - Pensacola William Boram: I’ve been coming here for almost 10 months. Initially it was for an abcess/toothache. They got me in right away, then scheduled the extraction. It was done with lidocaine and I felt nothing from the molar extraction. Best extraction ever! Since then, Ive had full mouth deep cleanings, as well as, routine cleanings.
Dr Newsome and his staff are very professional, while still being personable and welcoming to their patients.
