Dr. Norton is really sweet and down to earth and is concerning person about her patients, and her staff is also very friendly and caring. Dr. Norton always ask me how Im I doing in midst of my dental procedures, Ive been going to foe almost a year and I dont have one bad thing to say about her. William Boram I’ve been coming here for almost 10 months. Initially it was for an abcess/toothache. They got me in right away, then scheduled the extraction. It was done with lidocaine and I felt nothing from the molar extraction. Best extraction ever! Since then, Ive had full mouth deep cleanings, as well as, routine cleanings. Dr Newsome and his staff are very professional, while still being personable and welcoming to their patients.

L Hutcheson Yesterday, I had the best dental visit Ive had in a long time!! I went to see Dr. Newsome for the first time and had an exam, and he also took care of a couple of fillings I needed. Dr. McGilvray has always done the least invasive things to solve issue and never encourages spending money on expensive procedures unless they are absolutely necessary. He is a very honest dentist and so is his staff.

Dave Barnes I have had a great experience at Airport Dental. I needed some work done and was kind of afraid to go in and have people evaluate it, but they made me feel comfortable and had a financing program available to get it all done. The people were great. The service was excellent, and Dr. G really cares about his patience.

Hanaa Aboud I had a terrible experience at this dental office. I visited about 8 months ago but forgot to leave a review until now. I initially went in for a routine teeth cleaning, but the hygienist did a poor job. She was talking excessively during the cleaning and seemed distracted, which made me question the quality of care I received. When I inquired about teeth whitening treatments, she tried to sell me a box of whitening strips. I immediately noticed the box was already open, which was concerning. When I pointed it out, she told me she would give me another one. However, when she handed me a new box, I checked the expiration date, only to find it was expired. When I confronted her, she casually dismissed it, saying, "Its cheap, dont worry." I refused to buy an expired product, and she eventually processed a refund. What disturbed me the most was what happened next. Another staff member approached me and said if I left a five-star review, they would give me a $100 discount on my next bill. This made me seriously question the authenticity of the reviews for this place. On top of that, the hygienist made shocking comments about the dentist, claiming they were overbilling insurance companies and scamming patients. To make matters worse, I later realized she was running a side business within the dental office. When I paid for my visit, she ran my card through one system, but for the whitening strips, she used a separate credit card processor (Square) for her personal sales. It was completely unprofessional and shady. I am writing this review to warn others. This place does not seem trustworthy. Be cautious if you choose to visit. I certainly won’t be returning.

Katherine Johnson Just went in for a cleaning today. The tech was very friendly and helped me relax after the last time when I had a crown placed. The tech that day was a little rough and my tooth hurt for over a month. Dr Tilley was very upbeat as usual. No problems this visit.

Arielle Justice I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude for Dr. Kevin Dean and his staff. After having teeth removed by a different dentist that resulted in a perforated sinus cavity that the original dentist refused to even acknowledge, I was in and out of the ER with an infection that wouldn’t go away. At my last trip to the ER, the doctoring seeing me (thank you, Donovan,) said “you will die if this isn’t dealt with. I’m referring you to Kevin Dean.” I was in a tricky financial situation. Make too much for Medicaid but not enough for insurance, but Dr. Dean saw me anyway. Not only did he finally get me on antibiotics that knocked out the infection and helped the hole to close, he even explained aspects of my healing to me that my own dentist didn’t address and offered to advocate for me if my dentist didn’t help me. He treated me with so much kindness and listened to every concern I had. He was patient and wonderful and very well may have saved my life. I can’t possibly praise him enough, but THANK you from the bottom of my heart for helping me get my life back. You are a treasure.

Dr. Lisonbee explained my care plan options in a way that was understanding of my concerns while also addressing what I needed. Robin Golab Patriot Dental is the friendliest, most outstanding dental office around. From the front office to the hygienists to the dentist, Dr. Lisonbee, they are always on top of things. Calvin Burts I had a toothache over the weekend that was causing me great pain. When I called Dr.Phillips office, his crew was able to squeeze me Monday morning to be looked at by the doctor. After a quick examination, it was determined that I needed a root canal. Dr.Phillips was able to recommend a Endodonist that come see me swiftly. I appreciate the speedy response and friendly service that his office provides. I would recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone looking for a dentist in the Pensacola area.

Without exaggeration, in my 68 years I have never experienced anything better!!! I’ve NEVER been delayed with an appointment, I’m always called at the exact time! His staff, from reception to accounts are highly skilled and very professional! Compared to my previous dentist, who delayed me every time by 15+ minutes at every appointment and whose receptionists were loud and shallow this is a chalk and cheese experience. Do your mouth a favor and make an appointment today!

Anna S Constantly misquotes prices after insurance and apparnetly never checks your insurance before scheduling services. My husband was encouraged to get something done that could have waited until the new year to "use up benefits" but failed to actually check. When he went to check in he was surprised they were charging him and the lady couldnt make eye contact, even though this is the same one that swore up and down it would be completely covered. Just got a bill for the remainder. Hes never ever going back there, sick of the constant surprise bills.

You never feel taken advantage of like many other dentist offices. Soomer, who is the office manager runs a tight ship and was a pleasure to speak with. She explained everything up front and is very knowledge able about working with veteran using the VA.

Toby Clearwater I went here after the V.A. referred me as the V.A. was over 30 days out for an appointment. I was unhappy to arrive early for an appointment and then wait 40 minutes past scheduled time. BUT! The friendliness of the staff was quite commendable. Their processes were efficient as all my information was already filled out in computer and No unnecessary stack of paper wasted. I just had to agree, acknowledge or consent to on a computer with the staff standing right there to assist. The place was neat, clean and very well maintained. The X-ray was pretty easy as most were taken by a machine that circles around your head. So far, so good, as a teeth cleaning has been scheduled.

Kelly Swier I had an appointment on December 27 at 2024 and when I came in To check in they told me the Computers and Phone were down. They Ask for my name and number. And I gave it to them and then they said they will call me and never called me then I finally called them and they won’t answer the phone so I have to come to them to make an appointment and I went in in March 20, 2025. I got my teeth checked. I had three teeth pulled and now I called two days ago, April 16 to make an appointment to be seen by the dentist because I have a truth that is shifted but I left the message and now today is April 18 and nobody has called me and I am coming in on Monday on the 21st to talk to them and make an appointment. I don’t understand why they’re not answering the phone. It makes me upset. I used to go to Crestview Dental and I don’t wanna go back to there because I live an hour away from Crestview Dental. This is very ridiculous. I gave you one star rating because of it. I am still coming there to be the patient because I live close to y’all than Crestview Dental. And also Escambia County Clinic Dental when I asked the hygienist if I can have my fiancé in the room with me because I have a severe bilateral hearing loss because it’s hard for me to hear and understand, but if my fiancé was in there, he will help me understand it better But some of the nurses and the doctors will not bring down the mask to tell me that I can’t bring it down Because their policy, but you guys gotta understand that people who are hard of hearing, to bilateral hearing loss, deaf, and when they have somebody with them, you should always let them be in a room that with that person

steve snyder I’m a little disappointed. I have some simple cavities that my feelings fell out and you’d rather pull them out then fix them. I don’t want full false teeth. I still wanna be able to bite and feel it. And then you book my appointment for seven months down the road after seven months down the road my cavities will be even worse. Do you know how to fill teeth honestly or you just pull teeth reading all these reviews you don’t seem to have a very good track record

Shiraya Lewis If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I was supposed to have my wisdom tooth extracted over a year ago. I show up to my extraction appointment February 3rd. An hour after I got there I was told that the system was hacked and my x-rays are no longer in the system. They schedule me for an x-ray exam. So March 6th was my exam date. They then tell me my wisdom tooth is curved around my nerve. That I’m extremely high risk and that if not done correctly or soon enough, I could have mouth paralysis And that my tongue could go numb and I could Lose taste and possibly have a lock jaw. The first time I got the x-rays, my wisdom tooth was not this bad but since it’s been over a year, my wisdom tooth has gotten worse. I was then told they would send a referral to my insurance and my insurance would get me a high risk or a surgeon. I called my insurance. They have yet to receive a referral. I’m very disappointed in this place. I’ve been continuously crying. They don’t even answer their phone and the staff in person is very rude and very disrespectful. All I ever been Is respectful and I just keep getting disappointed and I don’t know what else to do.
