You can immediately tell these people will take good care of you. She explained every part of the insurance estimating process and made sure only our insurance company had access to it.

5 /5 Taragayle Mitchell: Had a clean 2004 Ford pickup truck. Took it to Alan Jay to diagnose and repair a clunk noise every time I turned a corner. They wanted $6,000 plus to “fix” it after I already paid them $800 to “fix” it the day before. A friend told me to take it to Duck’s for a second opinion. I told them it was making a clunking sound and to quote me to fix it. They said it was the spare tire clunking around because it was old and had dry rotted and wasn’t holding air. Said it was an excellent vehicle and they would think nothing of driving it across country. I said good, because I’m giving it to my daughter in Dallas. $365 later, I was on my way to Dallas to deliver it to my daughter. Not a problem. She’s had it for a month now and still no problems. I thank God for Duck’s. My only regret is that I did not come here first.
