    Brandy Ellis: We are vacationing from Toronto Ontario, CA. Prior to driving here, we had the break system replaced on our truck as well as some other services to ensure a safe drive to and from Florida (1200 miles). We arrived Saturday with no issues. Today, on our way to breakfast, the break system failed and we were not in a familiar place. After adding some fluid and trying a few places that we could see, we noticed Wood Auto Repair. We did our best to pull up safely (no breaks). Jim helped us immediately. Put our truck on the lift, found the problem gave us a reasonable price and completed the work within a few hours. We are so thankful for his swiftness with our repair and his kindness and concern.

    Eddy Beddy: Very bad experience, just take my time. They lied about scheduled, then they not work on the car. That’s the easy way to them!!! I worked before that day 16hrs. I woke up because I had that appointment. No one said need to live the car there, and I won’t leave my car with those people, then they say it’s was a big job.!!!

    Joelle Allen: You know, the hardest thing about finding a good place to get your car fixed, is the worry that you are going to be 1) over charged, and 2) are they going to say there are more things wrong than what’s absolutely needed to make more money off you. Well.. that’s NOT the case w/ Honest 1 Auto Care in Ormond Beach, FL. My A/C was blowing warm and we can’t have that in this muggy state. I had gotten a quote for almost 3000 elsewhere, where they said I had to replace everything. Something told me to get a second opinion. I checked here, and they were able to do an A/C Recharge, and replace just a $100.00 part. My bill here was 650 and I’m driving happy and cool! Big thanks to Michelle up front for being so sweet and efficient, and for helping me when I called. Thanks to Liz the Service Advisor that helped me. She was on point. I’m so glad I found HONEST Auto Care. ;)

    Erik Ahlberg: I bought a 2019 Jeep from CarMax and got the MaxCare warranty. Jeep staring leaking water/coolant so I called CarMax and they said to bring it to Nicholas at B2J auto in Daytona. So glad I did. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning. They diagnosed the problem immediately (water pump) and send it all the info to get the claim approved by MaxCare. Within 1 hour Nicholas was calling me that repair was approved and vehicle would be ready within a few days. Well, within a few days it was completed. Would highly recommend B2J and Nicholas for anyone with or without a CarMax warranty. Fast service! Great communication throughout! Nicholas did what he said he was going to do when he was going to do it. You simply cannot find that anywhere these days. 5 STAR SERVICE!!!!!!
