The facility is very clean, the staff is professional, they do g great job and I’m glad I found them. 5 /5 Savannah register: I had Salem do my nails and she was verrryyy patient and nice ! i got my design done and didn’t like it and got another one and she wasn’t rude about it at all. very soft when working on your nails i was surprised sometimes i get them done other places and it hurts. and nice nail quality .

1 /5 Stephanie González: The most uncomfortable experience. The manager did my nails and let me know she was the manager. I requested a certain tech and she repeatedly told me “we all work the same”. Then as I specified how I like my nails, she took it the wrong way and gave me attitude the whole time. Stopped mid doing the nails to tell me to “relax”. Very passive aggressive tone. Super disappointed. I liked the nails but will not be back to take that type of passive aggression again.

2 /5 Lindsey Bergholz: I am pretty unhappy right now. I just had an appointment with Jane, who I asked multiple times to please clean up the sides because my nails looked so messy. She said the only way was to cut all that skin off and told me to just go home and wash it 4-6 times myself. Why would I pay to have dip nail polish all over my skin? Isn’t part of the job to clean up the nails? I repeatedly asked for her to help me clean it up but I’m not letting someone cut all of my skin off just because it has nail polish on it!

Nail creations - Naples margaret andersen: Nail Creations has a really nice atmosphere, clean, relaxing.They have always done a good job on my nails & feet. I won’t go anywhere else.I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Nail & Spa - Naples Nandi Shenkan: I was very pleased with the quality work that Jenny did on my pedicure and my dip manicure. I had an appointment (highly recommend as they are busy). The place is clean. She did a great job working on my ingrown toenails. She took her time and was careful not to hurt me. The only thing I’d request next time is for a good foot massage. The massage was concentrated on my shin and calves but little on the foot. I also had a dip manicure. She did a fantastic job. I’m very picky about my nails. I requested for them to be thin and natural looking. The shape and everything was perfect. They look awesome. I will definitely return when we are in Naples.

Ambience Nail Spa - Naples Jocelyn Reyes: Highly upset!!! I’m very upset on not speaking up when I had the chance too because I feel like I got ROBBED with the pricing and style of my nails. This is my second time coming here and definitely my last time. First time I came, I got lucky with one of the nail techs, I forgot her name sadly. But the second time around they definitely overcharged me on the nails I left with!!! First time, I paid $75 for acrylic nails, they were nice and long almond shaped nails with designs of heart and with color. I left happy and satisfied. The second time I came, they did not have the color I wanted so I told the nail tech I would just pay her for the nails without any color or gel. She told me okay sounds good, later she ends up putting a clear gel on me and says it’s to protect the base of the nail??? I was confused but I just let her do her job since she knows more. I got almond shape as well but these have been the shortest nails I’ve ever gotten!!! And the total of the price was $70 which I found INSANE since these nails I left with, were definitely not worth that price. Truly felt like they overcharged me and am very upset. If you come next time please be more vocal and get your moneys worth!

COASTAL EDGE SALON & SPA - Carrabelle Victoria Manley: Called and she squeezed me in for a root touch up and tone, it was amazing!! (Brown roots but I’m platinum blonde) The staff are so welcoming and the environment felt super family friendly! We chatted the whole time, and I mentioned to her I always loved the silver blonde, but could never achieve it myself, and she surprised me with toning some of my hair with silver highlights!! My hair came out way better than I ever expected to, and the surprise just made my world!! I can’t recommend this place enough, the ladies that run it are so passionate about what they do, and it shows in their work! I will be back for all of my salon needs!!

Callahan Nails - Callahan Emma Baumcratz: i have never had a problem with callahan nails until this past few days. thursday i went in at 4:30 pm and i asked for a fill with french tips , i always do french tips ! they couldn’t get the shape right so i just asked for them to paint them all black. about an hour after i got done getting my nails one of them started lifting because the first layer of paint was STILL WET. i fixed it myself, not a huge deal. well the next morning at 6am almost all the polish came off my index finger nail. clearly wet as it’s all over my fingers. i went in friday evening and asked them to fix them. they fixed them and gave me the french tips i wanted. and made me pay an extra 15 which i didn’t even care because i wanted my french tips in the first place. i was so happy i just got them fixed right. well today (saturday morning), my thumb nail chipped off and the first layer of paint is STILL WET. i called them to ask if i could come get them fixed after work at 6, they said they close at 6 and will not stay later. i’m so beyond furious that i explained what was wrong the first time and that it still happened again. and now im going to have to pay more money to get them fixed correctly by someone else!!!! EDIT: I ONLY POSTED THIS ONE HOUR AGO AND THREE OTHER NAILS CHIPPED BECAUSE OF THE WET PAINT UNDERNEATH!!!!!! EDIT: update i called them to ask for a refund and they said no but offered to fix them again. i just hung up because i don’t want to waste my time to have them done wrong again. i will be going elsewhere.

Nail Dior Lounge - Odessa Francine Rocco: Nail Dior is an excellent establishment. They are very knowledgeable about what they do. They are very kind and helpful. My nail manicurist ( Lynn) is excellent. The place is very clean and comfortable. Love going there! Definitely deserve a 5 star rating. I highly recommend this place

I’ve recommended him to several friends and colleagues. The service and their policy against having people talk on the phone while you’re trying to enjoy a pedicure is exactly what I was looking for.
