Andy was so professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The attention to detail in shaping and polishing my nails was impressive, and my feet feel and look incredible. The salon is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. If you’re looking for top-notch service and a fantastic pedicure, Andy is your go-to! Highly recommend!

Dawn Dong I got my full set done and love it! The store was clean and new,Staff Tara and Andy were super nice! I strongly recommend their SPA pedicure. My feet were so clean and soft after it and they give you 10 mins massage! That was awesome!

Fleissner Emily Both my mom and I have been frequent clients at Serenity for a while now. They have been a go-to for excellent nail services! The owners always greet us with a warm welcome, the facility and equipment are clean and sterilized, and we leave with wonderful nails every time. Also recently they did have a whole remodel of the spa and it looks GORGEOUS! If anyone is in the East Naples area, please come check out Serenity.

Danielle Gonzalez Went to get my nails done for a special occasion, by the second day the clear polish was completely peeled and the color underneath was chipping away. It was extremely expensive for just a mani and pedi. Aside from the friendly nail tech there was no good service. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience and will now have to take the polish off for my event tomorrow.

Jocelyn Reyes Highly upset!!! I’m very upset on not speaking up when I had the chance too because I feel like I got ROBBED with the pricing and style of my nails. This is my second time coming here and definitely my last time. First time I came, I got lucky with one of the nail techs, I forgot her name sadly. But the second time around they definitely overcharged me on the nails I left with!!! First time, I paid $75 for acrylic nails, they were nice and long almond shaped nails with designs of heart and with color. I left happy and satisfied. The second time I came, they did not have the color I wanted so I told the nail tech I would just pay her for the nails without any color or gel. She told me okay sounds good, later she ends up putting a clear gel on me and says it’s to protect the base of the nail??? I was confused but I just let her do her job since she knows more. I got almond shape as well but these have been the shortest nails I’ve ever gotten!!! And the total of the price was $70 which I found INSANE since these nails I left with, were definitely not worth that price. Truly felt like they overcharged me and am very upset. If you come next time please be more vocal and get your moneys worth!

Sierra Snyder I will preface by saying they’re super sweet & hard working. They do a great, detailed & intentional job. I love my nails! 3 stars because I do not recommend setting an appointment. I set an appointment for 11:30 for 3 people, one got sat & started immediately, one got sat & didn’t get started for 35 min and I didn’t get sat until 12:45 … ended up being there for almost 3.5 hours & no one has time for that. We missed our lunch reservation & took up way too much of our afternoon. They shouldn’t let you make an apt if you’re still going to have to wait that long. Again, very sweet people who do a great job! Just don’t ever want my nails to take so long again

Barbara Graves Absolutely wonderful relaxing pedicure. I added on the extra massage and the gentlemen was amazing.I have a pinched nerve and sciatica that the pain shoots down my entire left side. I am so grateful he relieved my pain.

Tonya Dentry I had a full set applied, Saturday, May 11, 2024. Three of the tips have fallen off in the last 2 days. I had a full set in the past and they never came off this soon. Not even a week! This cost a good bit of money to only last 5 days. I am very disappointed and will never visit this shop again.

Nandi Shenkan I was very pleased with the quality work that Jenny did on my pedicure and my dip manicure. I had an appointment (highly recommend as they are busy). The place is clean. She did a great job working on my ingrown toenails. She took her time and was careful not to hurt me. The only thing I’d request next time is for a good foot massage. The massage was concentrated on my shin and calves but little on the foot. I also had a dip manicure. She did a fantastic job. I’m very picky about my nails. I requested for them to be thin and natural looking. The shape and everything was perfect. They look awesome. I will definitely return when we are in Naples.

Socially 24/7 Very clean and no strong chemical smell. The chairs were comfy & massagers worked well. They had a great selection of OPI and the dip powders. Reasonably priced for the area. I’d come back if I visit this area again.

margaret andersen Nail Creations has a really nice atmosphere, clean, relaxing.They have always done a good job on my nails & feet. I won’t go anywhere else.I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

vanessa rivera Went there for my eye bows quick and great service . Just went back to be returning customer, opposite of what I first experienced. All I wanted was my eyebrows , the first guy in the seat asked me rudely what I want , I said eyebrows , he look and me and said “not today “ ?? What do you mean ? Like didn’t even ask me if I was willing to wait or anything just turned me right around . I was there like at 5 so well enough time to take me. I felt they just took 1 look at me and didn’t want to bother. I was in my medical scrubs , clean and with my daughter so I don’t understand what the issues was. Honestly felt like they didn’t want to deal with someone of my brown skin . All they had siting there was lighter skin which said a lot about them . Don’t bother going here

Christine Garcia Ok so I’ve been to a few nail salons since I’ve moved back to Naples.,It’s hard to find a salon that’s going to take at 6:30. But I found Maylen a truly amazing nail tech.. She did the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time! I’m definitely coming back!

Maci I had the best experience at Casablanca! The nail tech was extremely experienced and I now have the most beautiful set of nails I think I’ve ever had!! Deli absolutely rocked this look! The owner was super sweet and the space is super clean. I absolutely will be going there every single time to get my nails done.

Jency Emo White ones are what happened to my dipped nails over a two week period. Mike is the owner and told me that was happening cause they were “too long”, although they had been that way for years. Got back from my trip and went back there on Wednesday and here we are Sunday….. clearly four days later and look at that. It’s happening again. This time another person did them (red). Never had this problem before. Clearly using very cheap supplies or don’t know whether they’re doing. Mike insinuated I was doing something wrong. I was extremely insulted. Now I’m just highly pissed. This has HAD to happen to anyone that went in there for the same service. Or perhaps everyone already knows and I’m the last one to the party. Got a gel pedicure the first time. Gel. Cloudy, milky, starting to chip I’ll be back with a daily updated pic at how they’re progressing so you’ll get to see how your money is spent and how they will look after Day after day. Absolutely ridiculous

Sheila mathrow This was my first visit to this spa, and I had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the aesthetics were beautiful. John did an amazing job on my nails, and I really enjoyed having my pedicure done by the owner. The total cost for a gel manicure and pedicure was around $65, thanks to a special they were offering. I’ll definitely be returning! Sheila

Penny Heck I have gone to Elysee Nail Spa twice now and I have had a positive experience both times. The facility is very clean, the staff is professional, they do g great job and I’m glad I found them. I decided to try the cat eye dip nails vs gel on this visit and I am really pleased with the result. I’ve enclosed a photo.. Thanks, Lisa!

Savannah register I had Salem do my nails and she was verrryyy patient and nice ! i got my design done and didn’t like it and got another one and she wasn’t rude about it at all. very soft when working on your nails i was surprised sometimes i get them done other places and it hurts. and nice nail quality .

Callie Jenkins Recently visited le lux for my daughter’s birthday while staying in the area on vacation. The staff were all nice and however I have never had a more terrible pedicure or felt more taken advantage of in my entire life. My daughter got a full set acrylic with design and a I got a standard pedicure. The pedicurist was goofing around with the two staff chatting next to me and did not remove dead skin or trim my toenails until I asked him to. He did not remove my cuticles and overall did a paint change and charged me for a full pedicure. For my daughter’s acrylic set the woman who was doing the set seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. She zcould not make the design my daughter wanted so another staff was able to do it and did sorta what my daughter asked. In my opinion the acrylics are entirely too thick and just look like they are sitting on top of her nails. When the staff told me a design would be extra I asked okay, how much? And they said $50. I said $50 total, they said yes and I was fine with paying $50 for a full set of acrylics. NOPE, it was $50 EXTRA!!! For a design! Never again, especially since I now have to go back when I get home to my nail tech and have them do the right pedicure! I ended up paying $160 for work I have to pay someone else to fix!

Sheila Baker It was my first time in and I was pleasantly surprised! There were many technicians, lots of pedicure and manicure stations and an attentive front desk. My technician Gina was exceptional. She was pleasant and listened to my preferences. I had a full set of tips with dip. They came out perfect. I will definitely return.

Elizabeth Valdez I made an appointment because I have a fundraiser to attend this evening and was very happy to let Don and his wife Tam take care of my pedicure and full set! Don did a beautiful job on my nails as you can see, plus I was shocked they had a nail color for my toes that matched my gown for the evening. I feel very pampered! Their studio is inside Phenix Salon Suites. They are Christians and play worship music too! Lovely atmosphere and uplifting conversation.

Shrimp Rage Clean, cute and professional! Ai spa is my go-to nail place because the quality of service is reliable and they go out of their way to make any mani/pedi a relaxing experience. Peace of mind is priceless, but at Ai Spa it is very affordable and the prices are listed everywhere. Very knowledgeable, experienced and polite staff. I love that my nails are actually HEALTHY when I get them done here! Jenny does amazing designs

I still tipped my Manicurist as I could tell he really was trying but I stressed him out and I felt bad as Im not even from this Area but was visiting with family and didnt get the desired nails I wanted but they are sweet ( the staff).

Rebekah Hunt Maya always delivers a quality manicure (longest lasting I’ve ever had) but this time she tried something new and did a cosmic design for our eclipse trip. Everyone in the shop was available to give advice and help. I think she nailed it! She’s willing to collaborate and is naturally skilled. A great salon and fantastic tech.

Cheryl Kelly The salon is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere so relaxing. Although a very busy place, I never felt rushed and Kiki did a fantastic job. She is so creative in doing nails and my pedicure was wonderful. Louie also did a great job with my sisters pedicure. I highly recommend this salon. It is a gem.

Plus, they’ve gotten my natural nails long enough to not need tips anymore—I’ve been trying to grow my nails out forever so this is a huge accomplishment for me! The salon is super cute, too!!

Charity Seems very difficult to find a good place in Naples to get your nails done. This place had good reviews and it wasnt far from home so I decided to try it out. The last set of nails I had done when I was back in Texas visiting my daughter-in-law. I had an ombre that was a French manicure set done in a coffin shape. I told them that I wanted to do my nails with red glitter in a coffin shape. I had two broken nails so they had to replace them. I kept telling them over and over again that they didnt trim them back to coffin shapes. They didnt cut the new nails into a coffin shape. And my nails are all different lengths. Several times I had to keep feeling my nails and asking them to go back over them with the machine to smooth them out more and to even them because they have lots of bumps and humps. They kept pushing me so urgently to do gel nail polish because regular nail polish chips they say. I have had regular nail polish and gel nail polish and there is no difference except for drying time. They then used a red glitter acrylic powder on my nails and topped it with a red nail polish. But after using the red acrylic powder they didnt smooth it out until it was completely smooth. So all my nails are completely bumpy and very uneven. While I would like to have given this place the benefit as the reviews say. But I would not return. The upkeep in the building is very poor. Boxes of inventory everywhere. Not clean. Its very warm. They dont keep the AC on at all. Hardly. Just not very well put together whatsoever. And when youre continually trying to tell them the imperfections in the nails they say "oh you nail look good."

Shiva Ainloo Finally found my go to nail salon in Naples! I absolutely love this place. The employees are all so kind and attentive. Not only did Andy do a phenomenal job on my nails and did exactly what I asked for, I mean he really understood the assignment. And I can’t remember the gentleman who did my pedicure the last time I was here but he was great as well. They are so personable! During my appointment I was offered water multiple times, I saw them help someone with a walker in from there car, I noticed the warmest greetings to their regulars and it’s just a very well ran Salon. Not only that they give you a massage! It’s absolutely amazing and I’m officially a new regular. Also they have this cat there that is absolutely adorable! But if you don’t like cats, don’t worry she’s minding her own business the whole time.

Alexa King Go to Kevin! Hes amazing, takes his time but w a purpose. He made sure my nails were up to my standards and I like how he suggest whats best or new ideas. Its pretty cool how considerate he is when doing your nails because I cant tell you how many times I spend $ on the expectation of my nails being on point. Im all about quality over quantity! Rae Bae Worst set of nails I’ve ever had in my life. Had my first set of nails here ever when I was 15 when they were “Ashley nails” on Tamiami .The owners have turned very rude and little a teenager girl who was just learning do my nails, I was very displeased even when leaving, expressed how displeased, and nothing changed. Spent 110$ on a set that didn’t even last 3 days because I don’t believe the girl even used a bonding agent. I’ve been going to them for over 15years but after today I will never return. Was told the new girl “has been doing nails long time” was his response. I’ve been hiding my nails since I got them done 3-4 days ago so horrible want to rip them off

Jada Lion This is the only place in Naples I will come to get my nails done ! Lina and Ricky have been doing my nails for over 13 years !!! Everyone in the shop is so friendly and welcoming. Ricky gives the best massages during your pedicure ! Lina can do anything you want!!! She’s very talented. If you show her a picture of what youre looking for, she will do it perfectly !!! She waxes my eyebrows occasionally and has never made me regret it. I have sent many friends and family to her over the years and they ALWAYS have positive feedback. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment for that pedicure you’ve been needing !!!

Judy Mullins I love this salon. It is easy to make an appointment with online booking. The pedicure chairs are very comfortable with built in massage. You can have a glass of wine there to help enhance the relaxing experience even more.
